مولانا روم رح فرماتے ہیں ..
ایک شخص مسجد میں نماز ادا کرنے کیلئے اندھیری رات میں گھر سے نکلا ,
اندھیرے کی وجہ سے ٹھوکر لگی اور وه منہ کے بل کیچڑ میں گر گیا ..
کیچڑ سے اٹھ کر وه گھر واپس گیا اور لباس تبدیل کر کے دوبارہ مسجد کی طرف چل دیا .
ابھی چند قدم ہی چلا تھا کہ دوبارہ ٹھوکر لگی اور وه دوبارہ کیچڑ میں گر گیا ..
کیچڑ سے اٹھ کر وه ایک بار پھر گھر واپس گیا اور لباس تبدیل کر کے مسجد جانے کیلئے دوبارہ گھر سے نکل آیا .
اپنے گھر کے دروازے پر اسے ایک شخص ملا جو اپنے ہاتھ میں ایک روشن چراغ تھامے ہوئے تھا,
چراغ والا شخص چپ چاپ نمازی کے آگے آگے مسجد کی طرف چل دیا ..
اس بار چراغ کی روشنی میں نمازی کو مسجد تک پہنچنے میں کسی دشواری کا سامنا نہ کرنا پڑا اور وه بخیریت مسجد تک پہنچ گیا .
مسجد کے دروازے پر پہنچ کر چراغ والا شخص رک گیا ..
نمازی اسے وہیں چھوڑ کر مسجد میں داخل ہو گیا اور نماز ادا کرنے لگا .
نماز سے فارغ ہو کر وه مسجد سے باهر آیا تو اس نے دیکھا چراغ والا شخص اس کا منتظر ہے تاکہ اسے دوبارہ چراغ کی روشنی میں گھر تک چھوڑ آئے ...
جب نماذی گھر پہنچ گیا ..
تونمازی نے اس اجنبی سے پوچھا,
آپ کون ہیں ؟
اجنبی بولا ...
سچ بتاؤں تو میں ابلیس ہوں .
نمازی کی حیرت کی انتہا نہ رہی ..
اس نے پوچھا ..
تجھے تو میری نماز ره جانے پر خوش ہونا چاہئے تھا ...
پھر تو چراغ کی روشنی میں مجھے مسجد تک کیوں لایا ؟
ابلیس نے جواب دیا ..
جب تجھے پہلی ٹھوکر لگی تو الله نے تیرے عمر بھر کے گناه معاف فرما دئے ._
جب دوسری ٹھوکر لگی تو تیرے سارے خاندان کو بخش دیا ._
مجھے فکر ہوئی کہ اب اگر تو ٹھوکر کھا کر گرا تو کہیں الله تیرے سارے گاؤں کی مغفرت نه فرما دے ,,
اس لئے چراغ لے کر آیا ہوں کہ تو بغیر گرے مسجد تک پہنچ جائے ....

Hind & Sindh.

Indian Defence Minster's recent statement about Sindh is highly contemptuous , delusional and provocative.

Let me remind him that Sindh had never been a natural part of some “Akhand Bharat” or United India . Akhand Bharat itself is a political slogan with no basis in real history. The Subcontinent was never united—except briefly under Ashoka, Akbar, and later the British—and even those were imperial occupations, not cultural or civilizational unions.

Sindh, in particular, was never part of India before British occupied it in 1843. Throughout most of its history, Sindh existed as an independent and self-governing civilisation under its own dynasties—Soomra, Samma, Kalhora, Talpur each reinforcing its separate identity, culture, and political space.

In ancient tradition, the Subcontinent was commonly described as two distinct regions: Hind and Sindh. This wasn’t poetry; it was a civilizational reality. The Indus River marked a natural divide, with Sindh recognised as its own domain and Hind as the land beyond. Even today, the metaphor “Hind–Sindh” survives because it reflects an old truth: these were parallel civilisations, not one entity.

Against this backdrop, the idea that Sindh should “return” to India is not just wrong—it is historically impossible. Sindh has always been Sindh: distinct, sovereign, and never an appendage of Hind.
