*Rules and Regulations*
1- The contest will consist of only one round

2- Duration of speech will be 3 min 30 seconds to 4 minutes.

3- Contestants must avoid targeting any political or religious personality directly.

4- No Sectarian/Communal or any kind of vulgar content will be allowed in the speech.

5- Our event is going to be E-Declamation competition

6- Last date of registration is 27 October

8- Last date of video submission is 31 October

9- Registration fee is only 100 Rupees submit your registration fee before video submission

10- The top three Speaker in each category will receive a shield and the remaining speakers will receive a certificate

We need to ensure that the education of all children in the country is not adversely affected - changes to the education system cannot be done in haste, but with due consideration.
