BICON scored 75 marks and ranked at 6th place in Pakistan. Our score which is quite near to the next category W requires an 80 score. Only 3 Uni are in W category and only 2 are ahead to NUML in X category with 77 and 78 score. The range of X category is 60-79.

A Mentoring Session on "Leadership Management" by Prof. Dr. Zahid Iqbal, Dean Faculty of Management Sciences was organized by Business Incubation Center of NUML in collaboration with Pre Incubation Center of Management Sciences held on 16 Feb,2023 at 3 pm in Incubation Hall, BICON, first floor, Ibn-e-Rushd Block. Mr. Adnan Iftikhar In-Charge of Pre-Incubation Center of Management Sciences along with Mr. Jawad Javaid from Faculty of Management Sciences attended the session.
Team of Pre-Incubation Center of Management Sciences along with President- Habib Ullah Baig, and Vice-President- Muhammad Arham also attended the session. Attendees also included the Selected teams for BICON Cohort-6 and Cohort-7 from different departments. Some participants which could not come physically joined via video link.

Prof. Dr. Zahid Iqbal shared his life experiences with young entrepreneurs and ask them to follow some guidelines
• *Selecting a partner for startup is a very crucial and important
• What are the key traits of a good leader
• Innovation is very important to capture a market it can add more value
• You should try to do smart work not hard
• Try to follow leadership qualities not a single leader as conditions and opportunities vary
• Try to create opportunities for your self
• Start from now so that at the end of degree you may have established your business
• Don’t hesitate to hire more competent people then yourself as they are the ones who are your real assets.*

This was also a discussion session between Prof. Dr. Zahid Iqbal and students. He asked different questions and students took active part in it.
Overall session was well organized and managed.
