It is with profound grief and sadness that we announce the loss of a former faculty member today – Kashir Asghar, Senior Lecturer Marketing Department and Head of Research Cell, now working at - NUST Business School, left this world for the hereafter on this blessed day of – May 22, 2020. Rest in peace.

Mr Kashir remained faculty advisor of Bahria Business Club between 2012-15 and led on many research, industry liaising, academic competitions and publications for UG & PG students. BBC family shares the grief with his family. He will always be remembered as a thorough professional, guiding star mentoring students.

Last month some of the BBC veterans gathered at Islamabad Club. At get-together we also took chance to cut the birthday cake of Sir Shahid Haq and present him a customised token of thanks.
It was nice gathering with old friends catching up. Amazing to know the achievements and contributions of each one of us. The natural synergies between the team kept the discussions interesting, many of the participants agreed to collaborate with others professionally. We agreed to organise such events more frequently for others to join. Special thanks to Sir Aqeel Israr for joining us.
