Dr Mark Hildebrandt is an Associate professor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, he did his PhD from Arizona State University in 1999. It is our immense pleasure to announce that Mr Waqar-ul-Shams would be joining us for an Alumni panel discussion to discuss about Geo-informatics and it's impact on the society. He has been collaborating closely with the Pakistani National and Provincial Assemblies.
