Knowledge and skill project is being conceived to separate the quest for knowledge from skills to earn livelihood
We need to focus on skills that can help earn our livelihood while seek knowledge for increasing self awareness and happiness
Earning money through knowledge is unfair. Knowledge is priceless and should not be sold
It should be shared for the betterment of humanity
Knowledge is a sacred trust and our next generation is a legitimate owner of this legacy
This legacy should be handed over honestly without restrictions and discrimination

INDIAN NUCLEAR SECURITY MUCH WEAKER THAN PAKISTAN
It has been announced that India faces significant terrorist risk and given the limited information available about India’s nuclear security measures, it is difficult to judge whether India’s nuclear security is capable of protecting against the threats it faces. This fear has been expressed in a recent report in US “ Preventing Nuclear Terrorism Continuous Improvement or Dangerous Decline?” of Project on Managing the Atom Report released by Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs Harvard Kennedy School.
According to this report U.S. officials have reportedly ranked Indian nuclear security measures as weaker than those of Pakistan and Russia, and U.S. experts visiting the sensitive Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in 2008 described the security arrangements there as “extraordinarily low key”. Moreover, there are concerns about insider threats within Indian nuclear facilities. To quote a serious insider threat the report exposed that Vijay Singh, a head constable at the Madras Atomic Power Station at Kalpakkam, shot and killed three people with his service rifle soon after arriving at work.
It is further highlighted that “Although India has taken significant measures to protect its nuclear sites, recent reports suggest that its nuclear security measures may be weaker than those of Pakistan”
