President IIUI Engages with Female Employees, Assures Action on Issues

President International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed, met with female employees from BPS 1–16 and listened to their concerns related to workplace facilities and services.
At the outset, the President introduced himself to the employees, briefly explaining his appointment and mandate to address institutional challenges and improve working conditions. He assured participants that identified issues, including transport and computing facilities, were being addressed in a phased manner.
Highlighting recent development measures, including the clearance of employees’ financial backlogs, the President emphasized that grassroots employees are the backbone of the University and that merit-based recognition would be ensured. A committee was also constituted to follow up on the issues raised.
