On 14th August, the students and staff of AFIS - Waheed Ahmed Campus, Thandapani (Islamabad) proudly celebrated Pakistan's Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The day commemorates the historic moment in 1947 when Pakistan emerged as an independent nation on the world map, based on the vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Our campus was beautifully decorated with green and white, echoing the colors of our national flag. The program included flag hoisting, national songs, speeches, tableaus, and other performances by our talented students, reflecting the culture, history, and values of Pakistan.
It was a day to remember the sacrifices of our forefathers and to renew our commitment to building a brighter future for our beloved country.
