To identify and support the development of scientists and engineers at the level of school education to serve the needs of Pakistan’s future scientific and strategic goals.
Pakistan’s Scientific and Strategic Organizations require the services of scientists and engineers with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that can help advance progress in the field and meet its dynamic and complex challenges. This programme is designed to identify and support the development of young learners, who will be selected for higher education in due course, in the Institutes of Strategic Organizations.
The Science School aspires to provide an environment that encourages students to explore their world freely, using the ideas and processes of science to solve problems, reach out to question and expand knowledge frontiers. We aim to promote academic excellence as well as the personal and social skills of leaders, loyal and patriotic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The School provides a rigorous, modern, science based curriculum, outdoor education to expand curricular learning to the field, encourages physical and social development, knowledge and understanding of the arts, religion, culture and history of the people of Pakistan and our geo political environment.
In order to attract the best and the brightest learners and provide for their education, The Science School will offer scholarships up to 50% and 100% of the total cost, to those students who meet the standards of merit and agree to the terms and conditions laid out. An open system of continuous, criterion based assessment will be used to select candidates for the status of Young Scientists and Engineers. Students, Parents, School and Organizations, will be expected to collaborate in this important endeavor.
