𝗙𝗼𝗿: Researchers at Undergraduate, Post Graduate and PhD levels

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆: Research & Research based Article Publishing - "Education Sector only"

This is to announce that the researchers and students of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs from Pakistani Universities interested in collecting realistic data but face problems at getting it from the schools during active hours (as normally schools don't allow them) can conduct their research at our upcoming The Thinking Schools (Model Campuses only) with all freedom and support from the administration and Pakistan ASCD team.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

1. They should submit their research proposals.

2. They must mention the names of supervisors (if any) with their consent.

3. One teacher from respective model campus of The Thinking School must be part of their research and must be acknowledged in their publication as 2nd or 3rd author (criteria on merit).

4. Acknowledgement of The Thinking School's support in their manuscripts.

5. Research papers must be published to high ranking and leading journals and magazines such as ASCD Educational Leadership magazine etc.

6. A bond will be signed between Pakistan ASCD and the Researcher that the data collected at our place will be considered our intellectual property and will never be sold out or leaked.

𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲: August, 2022

ٍٍََتَو اے میرے وقت کے استاد!
یہ تجھے کس نے سکھایا کہ تیرا کام صرف اس بچے پر توجہ دینا ہے جس کی قابلیت تیرے دیے ہوے دو گھنٹے کے پرچے سے عیاں ہو؟ اور اس بچے کا شمار پہلی سے "اچھے" بچوں میں ہوتا ہو۔
یہ تو نے کہاں سے سیکھا کہ تیرا جشن اور تیری خوشی صرف چند گریڈز میں پنہاں ہے جو ایک تعلیمی ادارہ یا سسٹم کسی شخص کی اس صلاحیت کو چانچنے کی ہلکی سی کوشش میں ازل سے مصروف ہے کہ اس شخص نے دو گھنٹے میں کتنا ازبر سبق اس صفحہ پر الٹ دیا جسے تُو پرچہ امتحان کہتا ہے۔
اے میرے وقت کے استاد ! تیرا جشن اور تیری خوشی سے کہیں بڑھ کر تیری فکر اور تیرا غم نظر آنا چاہیے تھا ان پر جو کچھ کر نہ سکے؛ جو تیری دنیا کے بناے امتحانی نظا م میں وہ کارکردگی نہ دکھا سکے مگر وہ کچھ تو کرنا چاہتے تھے۔ اور تُو اور تیرے سیٹھ کے بڑے بڑے بینروں سے کہیں دور دنیا سے شرمندہ اور روپوش ہیں کہ یہ مبارک سلامہ کی گرد بیٹھے تو سوچیں کیا کرنا ہے۔ تو تو کہتا پھرتا ہے میرا تعلق شیوہ پیغمبری سے ہے تو پیغمبر تو فکرمند تھے ان کےلئے جو کچھ کر نہ سکے۔
اے میرے وقت کے استاد! یہ جشن جو تو مناتا ہے کسی شاگرد کے 90% مارکس آنے پر تو کہیں یہ کسک بھی تو جھلکنی چاہئے کہ 10% کمی رہ گئی۔ تیرا وہ کرب بھی تو جھلکنا چاہئے ان کے لئے جو تیری اسی جماعت میں تھے مگر 40% سے 60% کے کفن میں لپٹ گئے۔
اے میرےوقت کےاستاد! تیرا وجود کسی کام کا نہیں اگر تو اپنی جماعت کے اس سہمے ہوے بچے کو نہ دیکھ سکا جو تیرے طنز اور تیرےغضب کےخوف سے اپنا احمقانہ ترین سوال نہ پوچھ سکا۔تیرے اس دھرتی پر وجود کی اہمیت ہی نہیں اگر تو اپنی جماعت کے سب سے ڈرے ہوے بچے میں دنیا کی بے رحمیوں کےآگے ڈٹ جانےکا درس نہ دے سکا کیونکہ دنیا تیرے نصاب اور تیرے نوٹس سے کہیں آگے شروع ہوتی ہے۔
اے میرے محترم استاد ! تیرا صد احترام۔ اگر تو اپنےسب سےنالائق، سب سے جاہل، سب سے ہارے ہوے شاگرد کو صرف "never leave your grounds " کا سبق سمجھا سکا۔ تیرابصد احترام اگر تو نے دنیا کے طنز اور طعنوں سے ڈرے شاگرد کو وہ راز سکھا دئےکہ وہ دنیا کی آنکھوں میں آنکھیں ڈال کے جی سکے۔ تیرا صد احترام اگر تو نے اس "جاہل" کو صرف پیار سےیہ سکھا دیا کہ بیٹا جنگ تو ابھی آنی ہے یہ ہتھیار ساتھ رکھنا۔ تیرا صد احترام میرے وقت کے استا د اگر تو نے ایک سب سے کمزور شاگرد کو سب سے طاقتور خواب دیکھنا سکھا دیا اور پھر اس خواب کو پانے کی لمبی جستجو کرنے کا حوصلہ اس کی روح میں پیوست کر دیا۔ تیرا صد احترام اگر تو نے ماتھے پر بل ڈالے بنا ہر سوال کا جواب دیا اور سوال کرنے کا ہنر سکھایا۔ اگر تیری کلاس کے بعد تیرے سب سے کمزوار شاگرد میں بھی کچھ سمندر پار کرنے کی لگن پیدا ہوئی۔ تیرا صد احترام اگر تو نے ان کے دلوں میں اپنی مرضی کے شعبے میں کامیابی کی آگ پیدا کر دی۔
تیرا صد احترام میرے وقت کے استاد اگر تو یہ سب کر گیا۔ اور اگر تو محض چند گریڈز پر ناچتا ملے تو تیری حیثیت محض چند ٹکوں کے عوض کسی سیٹھ کے سکول میں منشی سے زیادہ نہیں۔ سیٹھ کو جشن منانے دے کیونکہ اس کا مسئلہ نہ تعلیم تھی نہ ہے؛ اس کا مسئلہ کاروبار ہے جو اس نے چلانا ہے۔تیرا لطف ؛ تیری خوشی اس سب سے بلند ہونی ہے۔ اور میرے دل کی گہرائی سے تیرا احترام اس وقت واجب جب تیرا مقام ایک سیٹھ کے جشن سے اور تیری سوچ اس سیٹھ کی سوچ سے کہیں بلند ہوا۔
تیرا صد احترام اے میرے وقت کے "استاد"!
