We are proud to spotlight our alumna, Oneir Raza, from the ICAS Class of 2014.
Oneir went on to pursue her MPhil in Education, Globalisation and International Development at the University of Cambridge and currently works as a Data Analytics Manager. She is also the founder of "Manzil" an online platform dedicated to making career guidance more accessible, personalized, and empowering for students.
Reflecting on what inspired her to create Manzil, Oneir shares:
“I started Manzil because I kept seeing students make life-defining academic and career decisions with very little structured guidance. In many cases, choices are driven mainly by grades, pressure, or limited exposure to possibilities — rather than a student’s interests, personality, strengths, or long-term fit.
Manzil was built to help students understand themselves first, and then connect that self-awareness to real educational and career pathways. Our goal is to make quality career guidance more accessible, personalized, and empowering so students can make informed decisions with greater clarity and confidence, regardless of their background or access to private counseling.”
