The Mighty Khan is Larger Than All Other Institutions and Personalities of Pakistan
Imran Khan is a star. No other Pakistani has attained such kind of star power and no other person will have such aura in near future. There are many contributions for this land at his part which the ordinary mortals even do not dare to imagine. He brought World Cup home. He built Shoukat Khanum hospital for the treatment of cancer. He established a political party and then elevated himself to become the PM of Pakistan by ending though temporarily the hegemony of Political Parties which are based on dynasties.
Imran Khan khows his stature and of institutions and people around him. He started asserting his image by attacking other personalities and institutions. He assassinated the characters of former Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry and Najam Sethi. He went against a then PM Nawaz Sharif and arranged a exasperatingly lengthy sit-in in D-Chowk. He burnt utility bills by saying that he would not pay bill next time and urged all his followers to toe his line. His followers attacked Parliament and PTV. He locked horns with Election Commission of Pakistan and berated it while in power. The leaders of the parties of opposition and members of his own party as well allies could not dare to utter a word against him as they hid themselves in the nooks and crannies so that he might not see them. He even went against the establishment. He did not remain in Pakistan in his onslaught as he uttered derogatory remarks against USA and European Union.
Opposition gathered support against Imran Khan and the voting was to take place on no-confidence motion but the the mighty Imran Khan went against the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. After his Deputy Speaker rejected no-confidence motion as per plan he advised the President to dissolve the National Assembly. Supreme Court became active and opposition parties gathered there and argued for voting on no-confidence motion. Supreme Court took its time as it adjourned the case for the next day and even took another day to reverse the most blantant and brazen violation of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The Mighty Imran Khan must have started thinking about the biggest blunder of his life i. e the dissolution of National Assembly. He advised the dissolution of National Assembly for releasing the pressure on himself by nurturing the thought that institions would not tolerate it but now he must have been regretting his decision. He must have been thinking that he would have even survived as PM and his Cabinet with National Assembly intact while rejecting no-confidence motion. The Mighty Khan again gathered his supporters for protest for conspiracy against his government even when he is no more in power.
A Delayed Unconstitutional Move
As soon as the opposition started its campaign against PM, he had the option of dissolution of National Assembly and calling for election. He chose to fight till end. After the no-confidence motion went into National Assembly he had two options in front of him i. e either to face no-confidence motion in the National Assembly or to give resignation. The PM opted for the first option of the dissolution of National Assembly which had become unconstitutional.
PM has created a constitutional crisis of unprecedented level. All the stakeholders are scratching their heads about the move. This delayed unconstitutional move will definitely dig his political grave.
Opposition has become successful in bringing PM to his knees. Before the campaign of the opposition, PM was very strong and he considered himself as invincible but now he himself has ended his own rule.
In this whole situation the provision of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has been violated. Now Supreme Court of Pakistan will be in position to right the wrong. The real question is whether Article 6 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan be activated against those who resorted to it subversion or not. We as Nation do not think in such a way. We take violation of the Constitution a normal thing. Due to our casual approach towards violators of the Constitution it is difficult to imagine any kind of action under Article 6. Otherwise the subversion of the provisions of the Constitution is the most serious one.
Article 63-A of Constitution Of Pakistan
Article 63-A in its contents and contours was inserted in the Constitution of Pakistan through 18th amendment in 2010. Article relating to defection was first introduced through 14th amendment. Asif Ali zardari and Nawaz Shatif were the main force behind the insertion of this Article due to the reason that he wanted to stop the involvement of establishment to manipulate the system. AAZ and NS determined that they would not indulge in dislodging the governments of each others in connivance with the establishment as they used in the era of 1990s. Both of them stayed on course and did not dislodge eac others governments. The establishment felt that both parties cornered it by resorting to such kinds of deal and the due to such feelings of being sidelined it propped up third party of Imran khan and brought it into power. Both mainstream parties principled stand is hit hard when they both are up against dislodging IK government. They are in double whammy. They know it very well that government of IK is democratic dispensation and if they go against government of IK then certainly they will open the door of horsse-trading and back-stage manoeuvring against themselves. Both political parties think that IK has been given enough time and his government is not being dislodged prematurely. The thinking brains of both political parties think that this no-confidence move and political wheeling and dealing will be just one-off event as PTI will have little or no political influence in future. Another important aspect of the instant matter is that no one wants that IK should appoint new COAS. IK will want this opportunity of appointment for perpetuating his rule.
So time will tell what will be effects of this no-confidence move on future political government. If IK manage to survive with some force in the system then the vitious cycle of 1990s of dislodging each others governments will start again.

Chairman of FBR is doing the most difficult job to collect 5.5 trillion revenue in this time when the economy is going downward. He trying to exploit every opportunity to collect tax. Right now he has imposed advance tax for the owners of cars who will pay for lifetime token tax. He may have achieved the target in first month but it is highly improbable that he can continue the feat throughout the year because of slowing down of economy. The purpose of revenue generation is not only collecting tax it should also spur the economic growth.
My Own Opinion..
FBR is doing great job in searching for new avenues for generation of taxes. The advance tax is another such measure for increasing tax collection. It is no denying the fact that FBR is taking positive measures for bringing people within tax net. A record number of people have filed tax returns. It is true that economy is not growing but the thing is that tax generation is the main vehicle via which economy can be put on right place. In Pakistan tax to GDP ratio is lowest than its neighbouring country. So in this tough time revenue generation is the chief path for bringing deteriorating economy back on track.

After the arrest of Maryam Nawaz by NAB the fight among the political parties has intensified. NAB and Government officials deny any wrongdoing while the opposition level allegations of foul play. The reaction of Bilawal to MS's arrest is like fishing in the troubled water or he might have thought this the ideal opportunity for covering up his party members stabbing in the back of PML-N during no-confidence voting. The main point is that MS can attract crowds and it shows that PML-N is not going anywhere. Her arrest will not pushes the party to oblivion in fact it will bring back the slogan that accountability is not across the board.
My Own Opinion...
System of Pakistan is not fair and square. People use this system for extracting the result in their favour. MS's arrest may be due to her ability to provide true leadership to PML-N in this troubled time but the thing is in Pakistan to hold the mighty accountable is a herculean task. NAB may be biased or prejudiced against PML-N or PPP the worrisome situation is that even no Independent Institution can try the powerful politicians without being maligned,intimidated,bribed,scandalized,etc.

Revoking of special status to Kashmir by India can bring disastrous ramifications for the world and still there is no befitting response which the situation demands. No country in the world over has toed the line of Pakistan. Even countries like USA and UAE has sided with India by saying that it is India's internal matter. China showed aggressive reaction only to the extent of Ladakh. This muted response by the world shows that Pakistan is failing in diplomacy on large scale from last many years. Another sign of worry is that Pakistan is caught by surprise by India's move. Pakistan should have known beforehand the scary development and should have activated diplomacy for dissuading India to take any such harmful step. Now need of the hour is that Pakistan should hire the right kind of diplomats for ending the international isolation of Pakistan.
My Own Opinion on The Topic...
The editorial is simplistic in its approach. The whole blame is rested on poor diplomacy or no diplomacy. The reality of the world is that it always moves in the direction of its interests. Most of the powerful countries have stakes in India and they cannot sabotage their interests for any other country by enraging India. So no amount of diplomacy by seasoned diplomats can give helping hand if Pakistan does not increase her worth. If Pakistan wants to end her diplomatic isolation first of all it must make itself a prosperous country where the world wants to invest.
I Got 60 Marks in My Essay Paper in PMS Examination...
As soon as I saw the paper my eyes were on the topic which was quite close to my heart and about which I received snubbing from my cousin. I don't remember the exact title of the topic but it was about the benefits of independence of youth of Pakistan from the shadow of their parents.A few months before the Examination when I asked the opinion of my cousin about the liberation of youth from the cruel clutches of their parents he rejected my idea instantly and stopped me from discussing it any further. There were other easy topics like first day in school,etc. But I selected the one which was difficult. First I developed a rough structure of my writing on the topic.Then I made headings. Different thoughts were coming in my mind. The rebel in me was in full motion. I thought it was my chance to prove my rebellious ideas. I gave the examples of the youth of the developed nations who do wonders because they leave their parents early for finding purpose in life.
I got 60 marks in the paper. I was quite happy about my success. I didn't prepare for any particular topic for essay for competitive Examinations. I just select a topic at the spot and start writing on it. I never failed my essay papers in my all CSS attempts. I got 40 marks thrice in essay papers.
My approach might have been successful but I still feel that such fearless approach should not be adopted because it requires consistent practice to write. Writing was my passion at that time. Due to that reasons I was successful in passing the papers.I used to write on editorials daily. I also don't recommend the timid approach of selecting only a few topics for essay preparation. I think a middle course should be adopted i.e a few topics should be selected but at same time daily writing practice on the topic of editorial should be made part of preparation. I could have crossed the threshold of just passing marks had I adopted the middle course for my CSS Examinations
