CTC as an implementing partner of ADB for the project "Enabling Women's Access to Higher-Skilled and Non-traditional Occupations in the Energy Sector in Pakistan" in partnership and collaboration with IESCO and FESCO initiated the Internship Program for Women.
Interviews were conducted in August of the applicants and they are now in shortlisting phase.
This program will enable the fresh graduate to get first hand learning from as well as contribute their expertise with their assigned departments at IESCO/FESCO.

As an implementing partner of ADB project (Enabling Women's Access to Higher skilled and Non-traditional Occupations in the Energy Sector in Pakistan), CHIP Training and Consulting (Pvt) Limited (CTC) has assessed the existing skills and gaps of both men and women staff working in IESCO and FESCO.
CTC has also formulated key recommendations to help increase women’s employability and visibility in the energy sector based on the capacity building program and the internship program – which aims to create an enabling environment and organizational culture where women are increasingly and equally recruited in nontraditional occupations.
