We successfully conducted our Skillistan Team Meeting 2026, bringing together a passionate and committed team ready to move forward with clarity, structure, and purpose.

While this meeting was initially planned to be held physically, the current situation in the country did not allow us to gather in person. However, challenges like these only remind us that nothing can stop a team that is truly determined to grow and create impact. We adapted, connected virtually, and made it count.

This wasn’t just a routine meeting — it was a moment of realignment.

🎉It was a truly special evening as we welcomed back the incredible alumni of the OMLAS Fellowship for the OMLAS - One Million Leaders Asia Alumni Meetup at Skillistan Ventures Office.

Alumni came together to exchange experiences, share their journeys, showcase their initiatives, and explore avenues for collaboration, demonstrating the continued impact of the hashtag network.

We were honored by the presence of Sakura Hamaoka, Community Manager, NELIS, whose participation added great value to the evening.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Peter David Pedersen Co-founder & Executive Director,NELIS, for sharing his thoughtful message through a video despite not being able to join us in person.

Special thanks to Rashmi Shrestha and the OMLAS and NELIS Secretariat team for all the hard work.

This meetup was a tribute to those individuals who believed in the vision and contributed to turning it into a reality.
