Full moon sound healing is a meditative practice that uses sound vibrations to release negativity, restore balance, and align with lunar energy. The full moon is a time for reflection, letting go, and setting new intentions.
Healing sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes create vibrations that relax the mind, clear energy blockages, and deepen meditation.
