NUST Debating Society NUST Debating Society is the central platform for all orators at NUST. Upholding the legacy of oration for eons, NDS has conquered the vast fields of debating.

Our primary objective is to provide multiple debating opportunities to students at a national level, allowing them to brush up their oration and critical-thinking skills. NUST Debating Society (NDS) has long been known to hold the most invigorating discourse competitions in this university. By holding inter and intra-varsity contests at university and national levels, we have tasted all flavors. B

y providing opportunities to debate at vast levels, or simply to witness the collision of articulate minds, we help students hone the necessary skills needed for effective communication. With our teams diversifying in every realm of a professional workplace, our members are able to master their skills and talents

Kashmir Black Day — A Moment of Reflection, A Call for Humanity

Today, NDS came together to honour the voices, the pain, and the resilience of Kashmir.
Through heartfelt student speeches in both Urdu and English, we revisited stories of struggle, loss, and unwavering courage that continue to define the Kashmiri spirit.

In that one hour, CR 8A wasn’t just a classroom — it became a space of remembrance, solidarity, and hope.
A reminder that even decades later, the wounds remain, and so does our responsibility to speak for justice.
