🌧️✨ Mindfulness in Grade 2C! ✨🌿

What a beautiful combination gentle rain, a light breeze, and our little learners of Grade 2C enjoying a peaceful mindfulness activity! 💚 The children practised simple breathing exercises, taking slow, deep breaths while listening to the soothing sounds of nature.

Mindfulness helps children calm their minds, improve focus and concentration, manage their emotions, and develop self-awareness. It encourages them to slow down, enjoy the present moment, and become more attentive to the world around them. 🌈🧘‍♀️

A few peaceful moments in the rain turned into a wonderful opportunity for Grade 2C to relax, reconnect, and refresh their minds! What a refreshing way to make learning meaningful and memorable. 💕🌧️

Our young learners of Grade 2C learned how to introduce themselves by sharing their names, interests, and a few interesting things about themselves. After completing their “All About Me” worksheet, they confidently introduced themselves in front of their fellows. 🌟
It was wonderful to see them speak with confidence, listen to their friends, and celebrate what makes each of them unique. They also enjoyed discovering new things about their classmates, making the activity both fun and meaningful. 💕✨
A great little step towards building confidence, communication skills, and self-expression! 🎤🌈
