We recently witnessed incredible energy when 98 brilliant schoolgirls from district joined forces for a massive, combined STEM Aapee infosession at Marium Mukhtar College, Liaquatabad! π
Representing the top 5 high-performing schools in the , these young leaders from grades 6 to 8 showed up ready to unlock their potential and take charge of their future goals.
The highlight of the day? Listening to Sana and Eshah Aapee share their real, inspiring journey of becoming engineers. Sana Noor connected with the students through an engaging session where she shared how challenges made her stronger and better prepared her to pursue her dream as a Commercial Quality Manager at Reckitt. The inspired the girls, empowering them to keep their childhood curiosity alive to help pave the way for their dream careers - proving that no question is too small when you are building your future! π‘π©βπ¬

A combined infosession for the program was conducted for Karachi West and Keamari districts where 160 schoolgirls were hosted at GBHSS Ebrahim Ali Bhai Keamari, SITE Area. Here are some glimpses of the session!
Students from the 8 top-performing schools were invited from both the districts. The students showed up ready to seize this incredible mentorship opportunity. Schoolgirls heard about Eshah Aapee's insightful journey of becoming an engineer, learning how her curiosity in early life helped her learn more about the field and then pursue her dreams professionally. Emphasizing on the importance of asking questions and feeding curiosities - the inspired the students to start thinking about their future academic and career aspirations and motivations.
Introducing various and highlighting the power of early guided interventions, the session gave these bright students from grades 6 to 8 the tools to start confidently mapping out their future professional journeys.

β¨ Spectroscopes and Sunlight, what a day at GGES Farooq Colony, Lahore!β¨
On May 19th, under the STEMForward program with Reckitt Pakistan, 42 students from Grades 6, 7 & 8 explored the hidden spectrum of light all around them by building their very own CD Spectroscopes πΏ. By applying STEAM principles of creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking, learning translated to practice as students observed the sun's light outside their classroom! βοΈ
The workshop was led by Muhammad Yausoob (Pak Alliance for Maths and Science Lahore) and Mohsina Asif (Kainaat Studios), both members of Khwarizmi Science Society and part of the organizing team for the Lahore Science Mela π. Thank you to them for making astronomy feel accessible and genuinely exciting, reminding students of the world of science outside of textbooks!
We want MORE students to explore the wonders of spectroscopy! Did you know you can build your very own spectroscope at home using just a CD and a few simple materials? Starting with an intriguing activity and offering a chance to learn about their hidden potential through the STEM App program, district hosted 98 schoolgirls from 6 high-performing girls' government schools in the STEAM Program to introduce them to the Program.
From introducing exciting career paths to sparking big goals, the session helped these young leaders view their futures through a guided lens. Students learned firsthand from Hira Aapee what are and how the mentorship program can benefit them in the future.
The students walked away with insider tips for a standout application and a newfound confidence in their STEM potential. Here's to the future π₯

The infosession at brought together 100 enthusiastic schoolgirls who attended the session to benefit from Hira Aapee's guidance on the program.
The top 5 high-performing girls' schools of the from the district were invited to attend the info session to apply for the program and benefit from the STEM Aapee Program. We were happy to see that Korangi schoolgirls secured 50% of the mentee positions for the program, reflecting great communication skills and strong applications from the district.
From getting students acquainted with various to emphasizing the importance of early guided interventions, the session helped schoolgirls plan their professional journeys from grades 6 to 8.
