Great News: Alhamdulilah - Blue World City is now District Council-approved Project, Congratulations to All Members. The long-awaited decision of jurisdiction between RDA and district council has been concluded by the Government. As per Local Bodies Ordinance 2021 signed 11-Dec-2021 issued by Governor Punjab, All residential societies NOCs are to be issued by district council Rawalpindi. Whereas Blue World City was granted NOC by district council vide letter no 532 / 10/ DC dated 07-08-2018, With this great news, the management has decided to give a final chance to all defaulter members to clear all outstanding dues till 10th January 2022 and get a 100% waiver on surcharge amounts and avoid recovery of surcharge.
