An Industrial trip was organized by Ms. Zehra Syed for the students of HR 8th Semester on Tuesday December 17, 2024.
It was a very informative and enchanting experience for the students. They gave us a warm welcome and shared how HR policies are designed in their organisation, the compensation policies and other relevant HR strategies related to Recruitment and Selection. They have a forest at their campus and that is why it is called a Campus as concrete building covered area is less compared to the forest. After the briefing session, the students were divided into 2 groups so that they can be given a guided tour of the campus. Students were able to have the feel of the working environment and how to prepare themselves for the future challenges when they graduate. Tea and coffee were offered to the students and then they were shown around. Students were mesmerized by the grandeur of the campus Group picture was taken at the end. Such trips give students the exposure they need before going out in the market
