An Indian citizen gave his heart to a Pakistani girl and saved her life. According to the Indian news agency, 19-year-old Ayesha from Karachi was chosen for this treatment in Indian city due to the reason that doctors diagnosed her with a small hole in her heart ( septal wall defect ). In a good move, doctors selected a 69-year-old man from Delhi, who was otherwise declared dead.

The heart was given as a donation, and the cost of 35 lakh rupees incurred on the woman's operation . This money was paid by hospital trust of India. ❤️❤️

According to the Indian media, after the successful operation, Ayesha wants to return to Karachi and become a fashion designer.....!!

لاہور کے ایک پرائیوٹ ٹیچینگ ہسپتال میں MCPS کی 9 سیٹیوں کے لئے 2100 درخواستیں موصول ہوئی تھیں، جو 9 ڈاکٹرز منتخب ہوئے، انکی سفارشیں سب سے زیادہ ہیوی تھیں، خطرناک بات یہ ہے کہ یہ 9 کی نو سیٹیں unapid ہیں، یعنی کہ ایک unpaid سیٹ کے لیے تقریباً 234 ڈاکٹرز کے درمیان مقابلہ تھا، وہی سلیکٹ کیے گئے جو کہ ان میں سے سے زیاہ پاوے تھے۔ یاد رہے ابھی mcps صرف ایک ڈپلومہ ہے، جس کی صرف peripheral ares میں تھوڑی بہت ویلیو ہے۔
یہ نقصان ہوتا ہے جب آپکی پروڈکشن آپکی ڈیمانڈ سے کہیں زیادہ ہو۔ جب گلی محلوں میں میڈیکل کالجز کھلے ہوں، کوئی چیک اینڈ بیلنس نا ہو تو، یہی ہوتا ہے۔ جہاں آج سے جند برس پہلے، پورے پنجاب میں کوئی 2500 ڈاکٹر نکلتا تھا، اب اسی صوبہ پنجاب سے تقریباً ہر سال 9 ہزار ڈاکٹر نکل رہا، سرکاری ہسپتال اتنے ہی ہیں، تو سبکو نوکری کیسے ملے گی؟ نوکری نا ملی تو cip میں میرٹ کیسے بنے گا؟؟ اب پنجاب میں یہ حال ہو چکا ہے کہ لوگ 25000 سے 35000 میں پرائیویٹ moship کر رہے ہیں، جو کہ ملی بھی سفارش کی وجہ سے ہے۔ اگر چھوڑتے ہیں تو مزید 500 ڈاکٹر لائن میں لگا ہوا ہے۔ اب لوگ fcps, ms اور md کی ٹریننگ مکمل کر کے adhoc نوکری کے لیے در بدر رل رہے ہیں اور کوئی پرسان حال نہیں ۔
اس کا ایک حل تو ہے کہ باہر کے ٹیسٹ دئیے جائیں، جنکی فیسوں میں بے انتہا اضافہ ہو چکا ہے کہ ایک عام ڈاکٹر افورڈ ہی نہیں کر سکتا، اب بیرون ملک کے ٹیسٹوں کی فیس دینے کے لیے پیسے چاہیںے، پیسے کے لیے نوکری چاہیے، جو کہ ہے نہیں، اب بیچارا ایک عام ڈاکٹر جائے تو جائے کہاں؟ جو بیچارے کنسلٹنس بن چکے ہیں، انکے لیے بھی آگے نوکری نہیں، جبکہ پیچھے سے ہر سال 9 ہزار ڈاکٹروں کی نئی کھپت آتی جا رہی ہے۔۔ حالات بدترین ہیں، اور جو کہ fsc پری میڈیکل والے ہیں، انکا بس نہیں چل رہا کہ بس کسی طریقے mbbs میں داخلہ مل جائے پھر زندگی سیٹ ہو جائے گی،

Doctors working in Pakistan want to move to Ireland

IMG doctors working in Ireland are looking to move to the UK.

Doctors in the UK are moving to the Middle East, Canada & Australia.

Doctors in Australia, the Middle East & Canada wish they had done USMLE & US fellowships to get better oppurtinures.

Doctors working in the US have the highest rate of su***de among any profession which indicates the level of burnout & stress they face.

The point of this post is.

As Medical professionals, we are a global workforce & our skills are required & valued worldwide.

Getting financial independence & better skills should be the main goal of junior doctors.

Joining this race, remember there will always be a better place or dream or next level psychologically pushing you to do more which is fine.

You will always feel there are other doctors in a better position than you.

Sometimes, it is better to find a happy place & stay there for a while.

Doesn't mean you stop growing but just that you are also looking after your mental health, taking care of your family, reflecting & enjoying life.

🫁1️⃣ ✅A lung transplant is an operation to remove and replace a diseased lung with a healthy human lung from a donor.

A donor is usually a person who's died, but in rare cases a section of lung can be taken from a living donor.

✅2️⃣🫁Conditions that can be treated with a lung transplant include:

chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) – a general term for a number of conditions that damage the lungs, usually as a result of smoking
cystic fibrosis – an inherited condition that causes the lungs and digestive system to become clogged up with a thick, sticky mucus
pulmonary hypertension – high blood pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs
idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis – scarring of the lungs

3️⃣🫁✅ There are 3 main types of lung transplant:

a single lung transplant – where a single damaged lung is removed from the recipient and replaced with a lung from the donor; this is often used to treat pulmonary fibrosis, but it's not suitable for people with cystic fibrosis because infection will spread from the remaining lung to the donated lung
a double lung transplant – where both lungs are removed and replaced with 2 donated lungs; this is usually the main treatment option for people with cystic fibrosis or COPD
a heart-lung transplant – where the heart and both lungs are removed and replaced with a donated heart and lungs; this is often recommended for people with severe pulmonary hypertension

We can not force all Drs to learn but yes if they have skills , they can save so many lives if they encounter emergency situations. We are doctors and we can put all our efforts to save lives , within our domains or outside, but human lives matter.

Brutal torture of a doctor with slaps & kicks.
چلدرن ہسپتال لاہور میں ڈاکٹر پر بہیمانہ تشدد.

معاملہ
ہسپتال میں سیریس مریض لایا گیا جو بچ نہ سکا اور فوت ہو گیا , جس کے بعد فیملی اور رشتیداروں نے جھگڑا کیا اور تشدد پر اتر آئے.

میں اس معاشرے کا ڈاکٹر ہوں جہاں مریض کو موت ڈاکٹر کی وجہ سے آتی ہے اور شفاء پیر کی دعا کی وجہ سے
آج صبح چلڈرن کمپلیکس میں پیش آنے والے واقعے کی جیتنا بھی مذمت کی جائے کم ہے
یہ جو تھپڑ ڈاکٹر صاحب کو پر رہے ہیں یہ سسٹم اور معاشرے کا بھیانک چہرہ ہے
اگر ان ڈاکٹر صاحب کی جگہ کیسی بیوروکریسی کا بندہ ھوتا یا انکا بندہ ہوتا جنکا نام لینے پہ بھی آج کل اٹھا لیا جاتا ہے تو خاموشی نہ میڈیا پہ ہوتی نہ ہی اسمبلی میں
ڈاکٹروں کو سیکورٹی انکا بُنیادی حق ہے
لاہور میں موجود جیتنا بھی ڈاکٹرز کی جماعت ہیں اس واقعے پر سخت ردعمل دیں اور جب تک ڈاکٹروں کے حقوق نہیں پورے دیئے جاتے تب تک اپنی سروسز ہولڈ کریں
