Our girls celebrated Gratitude Week with heartfelt and meaningful activities.

They reflected on what they are grateful for through Mirror Affirmations, built their gratitude with the Building Gratitude Challenge, expressed it through Gratitude Cards and Action Challenges, and connected as a class by creating a beautiful Gratitude Chain.

_CCA - 23rd September 2026_

The Girls Wing celebrated World Peace Week with great enthusiasm and a spirit of harmony. Throughout the week, students were engaged in meaningful reflections on peace, kindness and mutual respect.

In the morning assemblies, students highlighted the importance of peace through thoughtful messages, quotes and speeches, emphasizing how small acts of kindness and understanding can make the world more peaceful.

In the classrooms, students participated in a series of interactive activities including _*Peace or Conflict*?_ *to identify peaceful behaviours, _Peace Charades*_ *to enact and resolve real-life situations peacefully*, _*Peace Court*_ *where they acted as peacemakers to resolve misunderstandings, and*_*The Peace Summit*_ *where they collaborated and negotiated as a team*.

The week helped students learn the value of empathy, dialogue, teamwork and positive thinking, and inspired them to become ambassadors of peace in their own surroundings.

*Session on Gratitude | Senior Boys Wing*

A meaningful and inspiring session was conducted by Sir Bilal, Islamiat Teacher, on the topic “Gratitude (Shukr)”.

The session focused on the importance of expressing Shukr to Allah Almighty for His countless blessings and favours. Students were guided to recognize and appreciate the blessings they often take for granted—including health, family, knowledge, education, opportunities, and the countless gifts of Allah Almighty.

The session beautifully highlighted that gratitude is not merely a feeling or words of thanks; it is a way of life. True Shukr is reflected through our words, actions, obedience, and responsible use of the blessings bestowed upon us.

Students were encouraged to develop an attitude of gratitude, contentment, humility, and appreciation in their daily lives, reminding them that every blessing is a reason to say “Alhamdulillah.”
