🌸 **Empowering Girls Through Conversation and Support!** 🌸

An interactive Emotional Health Awareness Session was conducted with Grade 9 & 10 girls to introduce the role and availability of the Emotional Health Counselor. The session provided a safe and supportive platform where students were encouraged to share their concerns, discuss everyday challenges, and learn about the channels available to seek guidance and support. Together, we reinforced the message that every voice matters, every concern deserves to be heard, and help is always available. 💙

SDG-2: Zero Hunger Awareness Activity
The Senior Boys Wing of APS&C DCI enthusiastically observed Sustainable Development Goal (SDG-2): Zero Hunger through a meaningful awareness activity aimed at promoting compassion and social responsibility.
A documentary by Action Against Hunger (ACF) was screened to educate students about the global challenge of hunger, its causes, and the collective efforts required to achieve food security. A "Zero Hunger Corner" was also established, where students contributed food items that were later distributed among the ancillary staff as a gesture of care and gratitude.
The activity inspired students to become responsible citizens and reinforced the values of empathy, generosity, and community service in support of a hunger-free future.

Teaching Techniques Training – Senior Wings (Boys & Girls)
A successful training session was conducted for the Senior Wings (Boys & Girls) to enhance teaching skills and classroom practices. The session focused on effective teaching strategies, student engagement, and creating a productive learning environment.

Today, *APSACS DCI Senior Wing Chemistry Department* hosted an impactful Chemistry demo session as part of our *Subject-Based Professional Development training program.*

*Sir Zeeshan* from Senior Boys Wing conducted an interactive lesson on *VSEPR Theory*, using the SMART board to visualize 3D molecular geometry.
*Ms. Hameeda* from Senior Girls Wing followed with a dynamic session on the *Periodic Table*, leveraging 3D models and SMART screen features to demonstrate periodic properties and trends interactively.

Both sessions highlighted our commitment to integrating technology with pedagogy for deeper student understanding. Proud of our facilitators for setting a strong example of 21st-century teaching practices.
