3 Important Deeds for the 10th of Muharram!
​1. Repentance, Seeking Forgiveness, and Turning Towards Allah
​The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"Muharram is the month of Allah. In it, there is a day (the 10th of Muharram) on which Allah accepted the repentance of a nation (the Children of Israel), and on this day, He will accept the repentance of other nations as well."
(Sunan al-Tirmidhi: 741, Hadith Hasan)

​2. Fasting
​The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"I hope from Allah, the Glorified and Exalted, that the fast of the Day of Ashura (10th of Muharram) will expiate for the sins of the preceding year."
(Sahih Muslim: 2747, Hadith Sahih)

​3. Spending Generously on Family and Dependents
​The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"Whoever spends generously on his family and dependents on the Day of Ashura (10th of Muharram), Allah, the Glorified and Exalted, will grant him abundance in his sustenance throughout the entire year."
