2۔ ناشتے میں ابلے ہوئے انڈے کا استعمال لازمی کریں۔
3۔ ناشتے کے وقت ایک سیب کا استعمال کریں۔
4۔ گھی کی روٹی کی بجائے خشک روٹی استعمال کریں۔
