آج کا سب سے بڑا مسئلہ یہ نہیں کہ بچے پڑھ نہیں رہے…
اصل مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ بچے صرف “کتابی پڑھائی” تک محدود ہو گئے ہیں۔

والدین سکول کی فیس دے کر مطمئن ہو جاتے ہیں۔
رپورٹ کارڈ دیکھ کر خوش ہو جاتے ہیں۔
نمبروں پر تالیاں بجتی ہیں۔
لیکن زندگی صرف نمبروں سے نہیں چلتی۔

آج ہزاروں نوجوان ڈگریاں ہاتھ میں لے کر پریشان بیٹھے ہیں۔
کسی کے پاس BA ہے، کسی کے پاس BS، کسی کے پاس Master’s…
لیکن سوال یہ ہے:

کیا ان کے پاس کوئی Skill ہے؟

دنیا بدل چکی ہے۔
اب صرف کتابیں پڑھ لینے سے کامیابی نہیں ملتی۔
آج دنیا اُن لوگوں کو آگے لا رہی ہے جو:

• Communication جانتے ہیں
• Technology سمجھتے ہیں
• AI استعمال کر سکتے ہیں
• Graphic Designing جانتے ہیں
• Freelancing کر سکتے ہیں
• Content بنا سکتے ہیں
• لوگوں کے مسائل حل کر سکتے ہیں

صرف ڈگری اب guarantee نہیں رہی۔

یہ حقیقت تلخ ہے… مگر حقیقت ہے۔

بہت سے بچے 16 یا 18 سال صرف امتحان پاس کرنے میں لگا دیتے ہیں،
پھر جب عملی زندگی شروع ہوتی ہے تو انہیں احساس ہوتا ہے کہ:

“ہمیں کمانا نہیں آتا…
ہمیں دنیا کے مطابق skill نہیں سکھائی گئی…”

یہاں والدین کی ذمہ داری شروع ہوتی ہے۔

اگر آپ واقعی اپنے بچے کا مستقبل بہتر بنانا چاہتے ہیں،
تو صرف یہ مت پوچھیں:

“کتنے نمبر آئے؟”

یہ بھی پوچھیں:

“تم نے نیا کیا سیکھا؟”

گرمیوں کی چھٹیاں صرف سونے، موبائل چلانے اور وقت ضائع کرنے کے لیے نہیں ہوتیں۔
یہ وہ وقت ہوتا ہے جب ایک بچہ دوسروں سے آگے نکل سکتا ہے۔

صرف تین مہینے…

لیکن یہی تین مہینے کسی بچے کی direction بدل سکتے ہیں۔

سوچیں…

اگر ایک بچہ روزانہ صرف 2 گھنٹے بھی:
• AI سیکھے
• Graphic Designing سیکھے
• Video Editing سیکھے
• Coding سیکھے
• Communication Skills بہتر کرے
• English اور Technology پر کام کرے

تو ایک سال بعد وہ کہاں ہوگا؟

اور وہ بچہ جو صرف reels دیکھتا رہا، games کھیلتا رہا، وقت ضائع کرتا رہا…
وہ کہاں ہوگا؟

فرق وقت نہیں بناتا۔
فرق “وقت کا استعمال” بناتا ہے۔

والدین کو سمجھنا ہوگا کہ آنے والا دور صرف نوکریوں کا نہیں…
Skills کا دور ہے۔

کل کو وہی بچہ آگے ہوگا:
جو سیکھنا جانتا ہوگا،
نئی technology سے ڈرتا نہیں ہوگا،
اور اپنے دماغ کو صرف امتحان کے لیے نہیں بلکہ زندگی کے لیے استعمال کرے گا۔

اپنے بچوں کو صرف ڈگری مت دیں…
انہیں قابلیت دیں۔
انہیں confidence دیں۔
انہیں skill دیں۔
انہیں زمانے کے مطابق تیار کریں۔

کیونکہ سچ یہ ہے:

آج skill سیکھنے والا بچہ…
کل پوری دنیا سے آگے ہوگا۔
