Less is more in trading, sometimes.
Had a rough week health-wise, and it reminded me that when your health is off, every aspect of life gets affected β especially trading.
Ex*****on suffers when youβre not physically and mentally stable.
For now, priority is recovery β mental and physical.
Rest, reset, and come back with better planning next week.

Building rhythm isnβt linear.

Impulse Entry buys setup:
Market consolidated for around 12+ hours.
Session trend started going bullish.
M30 break and close above the zone.
Executed impulse as soon as next M30 candle starting upside.
Closed first tp at 15-25 pips & let the rest run to the bias target.
That's it, no complications.
