The candidate will be responsible for:
• Receiving, Inspection, documentation, storage and safeguarding of stock purchased from suppliers.
• Issuance of stock after due verification as per requirement and documentation of the same.
• Analyzing usage of stock items and raising purchase requisitions.
• Tracking expiry dates of stock items and facilitating use of items before expiry.
• Tracking and ensuring return of unconsumed stock after issuance.
• Coordination with respect to periodic and surprise inventory audits.
• Completeness, accuracy, validity and timeliness of all inventory transactions, documents, records and reports.
