فرمانِ مصطفیٰ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم ؛
پہلوان وہ نہیں جو لوگوں کو بچھاڑے ، پہلوان وہی شخص ہے جو غصے کے وقت اپنے نفس پر قابو رکھے ۔
