The Thinkers School and LearnOBots Summer Camp

Students were introduced to autonomous robotics through a Mars rover–themed activity. They explored how robots use sensors, microcontrollers, and programmed logic to operate independently. The session covered key robot components, basic navigation in complex environments, and the use of ultrasonic and AI sensors for obstacle detection and path following.

Students also gained hands-on experience by programming a Codi-Bot to perform line following and obstacle avoidance tasks. The activity concluded with a recap session and a Kahoot quiz to reinforce key concepts and assess understanding.
