Announcement on the 2026 Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education International Joint Class Program

The Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education (SMOE) plans to implement the 2026 SMOE International Joint Class Program, a class exchange initiative between schools in Seoul and overseas institutions, as outlined in the attached official notice. 1. Overview

○ Eligibility: Overseas primary, middle, secondary, and higher secondary schools that wish to participate in class exchanges with schools in Korea

○ Details :

Category (1) : Regular Program

- Application Deadline : By February 20, 2026 (Friday)

- Partner School Matching : March 2, 2026 (Monday)

Category (2) : Rolling Program

- Application Deadline : From February 21, 2026 (Saturday) onward

- Partner School Matching : Conducted on a rolling basis throughout the year

Notes for Both Categories : Once matching is completed, information on the partner school will be individually notified via email.
