We had the incredible opportunity to visit Islamabad model School for Boys i9/4 as part of our Mental Health Awareness Project. It was a powerful and inspiring day spent engaging with students and staff on the importance of mental well-being, emotional resilience, and building a supportive school culture.
Our session focused on encouraging open conversations around mental health, breaking down stigma, and sharing practical tools for self-care and support. We were moved by the students’ honesty, curiosity, and willingness to engage with such an important topic. Their questions and reflections showed just how vital these conversations are—especially in schools, where young people are navigating so much change and pressure.

Mental health is something we all have, and taking care of it should never be a burden or a secret. Today at MC boys high school satellite town rawalpindi , we work together to make sure every student feels seen, heard, and supported. Our mental health project is more than a campaign—it’s a movement toward understanding, empathy, and real change. Through open dialogue, awareness activities, and resources for both students and staff, we’re creating a community where it’s okay to not be okay, and even more okay to ask for help. Because no one should have to struggle in silence, and everyone deserves to feel safe and strong—inside and out.”

Today, We had the privilege of visiting Government boys middle school Rawalpindi , where We had an insightful and inspiring meeting with the principal and a group of students about a project focused on mental health awareness. It was truly rewarding to see the school’s dedication to prioritizing mental well-being, not just through education but through open dialogue and actionable initiatives. The principal shared their vision for creating a supportive environment, while the students spoke passionately about their experiences and ideas on how to foster a culture of empathy, understanding, and resilience. Together, we discussed ways to integrate mental health resources into everyday school life, and I left feeling hopeful and motivated by the genuine commitment from both the school leadership and the students. This is just the beginning of a journey to break down the stigma around mental health and create a more compassionate and supportive school community for all.

Some thoughts are hard to say out loud, but every feeling deserves to be heard. 💭✨ Our gave students a chance to write down their stress and place it in a safe space—because expressing emotions is the first step to healing. Proud to be part of this journey under the guidance of Mam Sidra Riaz! 💙 ”

A space to express, a step towards healing! 💙 In our session, students shared their biggest stressors, writing them down and sticking them on the board. A simple act, but a powerful reminder that they are not alone. Together, we create safe spaces for open conversations and mental well-being. ✨ ”
