Activity Meeting : Sir Rizwan Shinwari Coordinator GPP Department (AF).
Dated:-01-06-2022
Team NUML Gastronomy and culinary Arts Club
Our team interviewed Sir Rizwan Shinwari who is the honourable coordinator of Gpp Department. Our team tell them about our SAP which is about “Gastronomy and Culinary Arts for Tourism Development and Youth Employment. Respected Sir belongs from Fata Khyber Agency. The purpose was to get knowledge about Fata traditional and local food. During the interview sir tell us about the traditional food of Fata and the cooking techniques that mostly followed in Fata and KPK region. Sir Rizwan mentioned that as compare to punjab, the people of Fata and KPK eat simple and put minimum spices in their dishes like their famous “Shinwari Karahi”. In addition to that, he said that our traditional food is more hygienic and tasty but due to lack of promotion it is not famous as fast food, the competition is strong between our local food and fast food but the thing is our traditional food makers are illiterate and they have lack of knowledge of online selling and advertising their food that's why they are not popular in cities as compare to fast food. In this fruitful session with Sir Rizwan Shinwari, we discussed that we have to provide knowledge of online selling and advertisment of local traditional food. We thanks sir Rizwan for giving us the interesting info about the cooking techniques of FATA people and how can we promote our traditional food for increasing tourism.
Team NUML Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Club are very thankful to Respected Sir Rizwan for their kind information and time they given us.
Thank You

Happy !🚲
On this let's pledge to think about cycling. NUML Social Action Projects have always encouraged such green initiatives and it is a great opportunity for the youth to mingle with cycling enthusiasts.
It is indeed a fact that there is great potential for 🚴♀️ in Pakistan and not least the benefits for the urban environment and physical & mental health 😃, it is an amazing method to exercise and be closer to your environment.
Biking should be made a part of the Pakistan life style 🚴♀️🚴 - and there is dire need to design our cities around our bikes. Supercycle highways, bike lanes, and even traffic lights for bikes, and we should encourage that all students,, teachers and office workers along with their leadership should own a bicycle - There should be a bycycle culture in the country.
Dear Pakistani's think about this great mode of transportation.
What will make you jump on your bike so that we can go ?🤔
