This is me jamal umar this fb account has been hacked and there is no signal due to muharam due to which new code doesn't come to my number and i can't mange it therefore it is request to all my friends and family members to unfriend me ASAP. Also the send message place in my WhatsApp is missing so i receive messages on Whatsapp but can't send message....no one should trust anything .if someone received replies from that is not me i didn't contacted anyone since today morning...i am trying to fix it but once again don't trust anything and don't reply on my all social media accounts.if I want to tell anything to someone i will contact him via phone once the signals open. Hopefull for co-operation

Thousands of Students joined Acadmies for MDCAT which is the biggest mistake they are doing right now.
Belive me they are just wasting your time only 40 Days are left.
In khyber Pakhtunkhwa a new trend of Sunday test has been setup from last few years.
Even in only one acadmey 3000+student give this test in only 3hour.
According to the data we collected in 2020 2021 &2022 almost 71% studnets who score high marks in Entrytest are those who do self study.
If you give 50 sunday test u just wasting your time .All your Teachers who are doing job in acadmies will suggest you to join acadmy or give sunday test because they are doing thier job.
Remeber!always take suggestion from those who went through this stage(like find any mbbs bds student whether your family social media anywhere)
We saw many students scoring 180+ in acadmies but when then come to real test 90% of them are unable to perform
We are not against acadmies but we are against your time wasting.
Dont think That respective acadmies topped i was the 5th position holder in UHS MDCAT 2019 and almost 15+acadmies called me and asked that they will give me prize if i just say that i am thier student.
Dont waste your time dont give these type of sunday test (They are only for demotivating and money)

ہم ہر روز کسی نا کسی چوک میں ایسے میڈیکل سٹوڈنٹ اور ہسپتال کے ملازمین ضرور دیکھتے ہیں جو لیب کوٹ پہن کر کھڑے ہوتے ہیں۔ ان کے لئے ایک چھوٹا سا پیغام یہ ہے کہ
لیب کوٹ آپ کو مریض کے جراثیموں یا پھر ان کیمیکلز سے بچانے کے لئے پہنا یا جاتا ہے جن سے آپ روزانہ ڈیل کرتے ہیں۔ اگر آپ وہ لیب کوٹ ہسپتال یا لیبارٹری سے پہن کر باہر نکلتے ہیں تو اس کا سادہ سا یہ مطلب ہے کہ آپ ہسپتال یا لیبارٹری کے تمام جراثیم راستے میں پھیلا رہے ہیں اور اپنے گھر لیجا رہے ہیں اور اسی طرح راستے یا گھر کے جراثیم اپنے ہسپتال یا لیبارٹری میں پھیلا رہے ہیں۔سو پلیز ہیلتھ ایتھکس اور بائیو سیفٹی کا خیال رکھتے ہوئے اپنا لیب کوٹ ہسپتال یا لیبارٹری میں ہی چھوڑ کر آیا کریں۔ یا اس کو کسی محفوظ طریقے ساتھ لے جایا کریں۔ایسا کرنے سے آپ اپنی اور دوسروں کی زندگییوں کو لاحق خطرات کم کر سکتے ہیں۔
