Bioinformatics Students'Association invites you to the information session for "Teach For Pakistan"
TFP provides our nation's top graduates the opportunity and support to teach for two years in low-income communities through a unique Fellowship, and develop the skills and convictions to lead education reform from across the social and economic systems. Teach For Pakistan is a partner in the Teach For All global network of 50+ independent, national organizations working to expand educational outcomes for children all over the world.
The Fellowship is a highly selective, full-time, paid position that will allow participants to develop leadership and professional skills that are highly transferable from teaching to other fields including public policy, business, management, and journalism.

Prof. Amir Ali Abbasi will deliver a seminar at the University of Okara (International Conference: New trends in Biological Sciences) on the topic ' Improving human non-coding genome annotation in Big Data context '

National center for Bioinformatics invites you to a freelancing workshop on March 18, 2022 titled as “Explore the world of Freelancing and online earning through computer skills”. The guest speaker will be Ayman Sarosh.
She is a top-rated freelancer since 2010, under operations and management category. She is the CEO of AYMIT Pakistan which is about reviving values through Digital excellence. She is also a facilitator of Google's initiative , which is all about empowering women and letting them speak about their accomplishments with confidence.

In 2019, she received "Freelancer of the Year 2019" award By Payoneer. To date, she is the only Pakistani woman who has won this award against 5000 contestants. She got featured in FORBES, Fox News, BBC along with multiple local media companies. She is the only Asian who was featured with four other hustlers at NASDAQ Times Square NYC. Recently, she was selected among 100 premium freelancers of Pakistan who are featured in a coffee book and presented to all ministries of Pakistan.

She has trained more than 3000+ KPK women under the initiative "KP Youth Employment Program" of KPITB, students of 10Pearls University, Foster learning program in Arid Agriculture University, IEEE NED Students, and CIRCLE.

Oath taking ceremony of Bioinformatics Student's Association BINSA held today at National center of Bioinformatics. The event was attended by honourable Chief Guest Dean of Biological Sciences Dr Safia Ahmed, Chairman Bioinformatics Dr. Syed Sikander Azam, In-charge Student's affair Bioinformatics Dr. Sajid Rasheed and Honourable faculty member Dr. Adnan Ansari.

Team Bioinformatics beat Team DSS by 5 wickets with 9 balls to spare in interdepartmental cricket tournament after a brilliant all round team performance. Best wishes to the team for upcoming matches.
