From introductions in the first session to confident presentations on the final day, this journey truly reflected growth, learning, and transformation. Although NAVTTC Batch-III has officially come to an end, the passion, skills, and dreams developed during this journey will continue far beyond the classroom.

With immense gratitude and pride, we celebrate the successful completion of National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Batch-III across all three campuses — Gexton Education, Gexton Inc, and Gexton Foundation. This remarkable journey began on 12th February and concluded successfully on 12th May 2026, marking a month filled with continuous learning, creativity, and transformation.

Throughout this program, students received comprehensive hands-on training in Python Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Web Development, Mobile Application Development Graphic Designing and Digitalmarketing. Alongside technical learning, they developed innovative projects that showcased their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise. It is truly inspiring that many students have already taken the first step into their professional careers through internships, freelancing, and real-world projects during the training period.

To bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry exposure, students were also engaged in OJT (On-Job Training) through visits to various software houses and IT organizations. These experiences provided them with valuable insights into professional environments and industry practices.

In addition to technical education, a series of impactful sessions were conducted on Communication Skills, CV Writing, Career Counseling, Business Development, Freelancing, Confidence Building, and Workplace Readiness. These sessions were led by respected mentors and professionals including Mr. Muhammad Amir Sheikh, Ms. M***a Shah, Mr. Ghulam Usman, along with experienced industry experts and our internal software house teams, whose guidance played a vital role in shaping students’ confidence and career direction.

More than just a training program, this journey became a meaningful experience filled with learning, mentorship, collaboration, and unforgettable memories. The final day was not a farewell, but a celebration of achievements, progress, and new beginnings.

We sincerely thank NAVTTC for providing this valuable opportunity and for trusting Gexton as a platform to empower youth with practical IT and professional skills. We are truly proud of every student who completed this journey with dedication and commitment.

As the final assessments are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, we extend our heartfelt prayers and best wishes to all students for success in their exams and future careers.

May this be the beginning of many great achievements ahead.

On Friday, 8th May, impactful and career-focused sessions were successfully conducted across all three campuses of Gexton, where students gained valuable insights from industry professionals and mentors.

📍 At Gexton Foundation, “Successful Business” session was conducted by Muhammad Aamir Shaikh, inspiring trainees with entrepreneurial vision and business success strategies.

📍 At Gexton INC, an engaging session on “Interview Preparation & Job Skills” was delivered by Ms. M***a Shah (Manager Gexton Education), focusing on confidence building, communication, professionalism, and career readiness.

📍 At Gexton Education, trainees attended an inspiring session on “Successful Freelancer” by Ghulam Hussain Memon (Full Stack Developer & Freelancer), where students explored freelancing opportunities, client handling, and digital career growth.

These sessions were organized especially for NAVTTC Batch-III trainees to prepare them for real-world challenges, career opportunities, and professional success.

Stepping beyond classroom learning, NAVTTC Batch-III students from Gexton Institute had the privilege to participate in an inspiring On-Job Training (OJT) visit at INTRAPRENEUR (PVT) Ltd, where students experienced not only the professional IT environment but also the true spirit of mentorship, leadership, innovation, and success.

During the visit, students were warmly welcomed by Sir Fareed Ghori, Founder & Secretary General of HiSHA (Hyderabad Information & Software Houses Association) and CEO of INTRAPRENEUR. He shared the inspiring vision, journey, and achievements of the company while motivating students to explore emerging technologies, innovation, entrepreneurship, and career growth opportunities in the IT industry.

HiSHA (Hyderabad Information & Software Houses Association) is a regional community of intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs in Sindh committed to establishing professional networks and generating new business and job opportunities based on modern trends and exponential technologies. Students were highly inspired to learn about the impactful role HiSHA is playing in empowering youth and strengthening the IT ecosystem of the region.

Sir Fareed Ghori highlighted how continuous mentorship, dedication, and skill development can transform students into successful professionals. His motivational words encouraged students to stay passionate, confident, and focused on their career goals.

One of the proud and inspiring moments of the session was the success story of Gexton’s former student and ex-employee, Miss Nabila, who received a cash prize of 1 Lakh along with appreciation and recognition from the IT Minister in Islamabad for her outstanding achievement. Her journey became a strong example for students that skills, consistency, and hard work always open doors to success.

The session also highlighted the remarkable efforts and achievements associated with HiSHA, showcasing how collaboration, mentorship, and industry exposure are creating opportunities for aspiring IT professionals across Sindh. Alongside this, the professional growth journey of ex-student Asad was also shared as an inspiring example of career transformation through practical learning and industry exposure. Students actively engaged with professionals, explored real-time industry practices, and gained valuable insights into workplace culture, teamwork, entrepreneurship, and career-building strategies. The visit not only enhanced their technical understanding but also strengthened their confidence, communication skills, and professional mindset.

Taking learning beyond the classroom, NAVTTC Batch-III students from Gexton Institute participated in an insightful On-Job Training (OJT) visit at Net 2 Apps, where they gained valuable exposure to the real-world IT industry environment.

The visit provided students with an opportunity to explore professional software house operations, observe ongoing projects, and understand modern development techniques and teamwork practices. The professionals at Net 2 Apps warmly interacted with the students and shared valuable knowledge about current industry trends, career growth opportunities, and professional expectations in the tech field.

Through engaging discussions and interactive sessions, students learned how classroom concepts are applied in practical industry scenarios. The experience helped enhance their technical knowledge while also improving their confidence, communication abilities, and professional approach.

Such industry exposure initiatives by NAVTTC and Gexton Institute play a vital role in connecting education with practical experience, preparing students to become skilled and future-ready IT professionals.
