📌 Today's Topics:

✅ CPR Training – Students learned how to save a life! They practiced chest compressions on manikins and understood the importance of acting fast during emergencies. Every second counts when a heart stops.

✅ Posture Awareness – Students learned about good posture and how to sit, stand, and walk correctly. They also practiced simple exercises to keep their spine healthy – a lesson for life!

It was another day full of learning, curiosity, and inspiration. These young future healthcare heroes are taking their first steps toward serving humanity with confidence and compassion.
