Seminar on “Building Character and Modesty” Held at MUET

A motivational seminar titled “Building Character and Modesty” was successfully organized by the BS&RS Department on Wednesday, 1st October 2025, at the Prof. A. Rasheed Shaikh Seminar Hall, Department of Electrical Engineering, MUET Jamshoro.

The event aimed to instill values of ethics, modesty, and personal development among students. Students from various departments actively participated and delivered impactful speeches aligned with the seminar’s theme. Participation certificates were distributed to all student speakers.

The seminar was held under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Syed Asif Ali Shah, Chairman, Department of Electrical Engineering, and Prof. Dr. Mukhtiar Ahmed Mahar. The event was coordinated by Mr. Abdul Haseeb Shaikh from the BS&RS Department.

Prof. Dr. Abdul Sattar Larik honored the event as the Chief Guest, and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Anwar Solangi, Chairman, BS&RS Department, presented certificates to students and delivered the concluding speech, emphasizing the importance of character-building in academic and personal life.

The session proved to be an inspiring experience, encouraging students to lead a life of discipline, modesty, and integrity.

Starting from 10 AM, we successfully conducted the initial MPhil seminar in Applied Mathematics under the auspices of the BSRS department.
