Meelad-un-Nabi ﷺ Celebrated in GGPS Bakra Mandi City Hyderabad Taluka Education Female Primary City.

Meelad-un-Nabi ﷺ was celebrated with great devotion and respect at GGPS Bakra Mandi. The programme included Qirat, Naat, and speeches on Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ. Sweets were distributed among the students and staff.

The programme concluded with prayers for the prosperity and success of the school and its staff, and for the well-being and unity of the Muslim Ummah.

Surprise Visit to GGPS & GBPS Central Jail, City Hyderabad.

A surprise visit was conducted by the District Education Officer Primary Hyderabad, Respectable Sir Sanaullah Abro, along with TEO Primary Female City Hyderabad, Madam Rafia Jamal Soomro, at GGPS Central Jail City Hyderabad and GBPS Central Jail City Hyderabad.

During the visit, the Worthy District Education Officer Primary Hyderabad observed the following:

Teaching and Learning Process: Classroom teaching and students’ learning activities were observed.

Student Interaction: Students’ activities were observed, and the students were interacted with to assess their learning and understanding.

Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the schools were inspected.

SSB Work: The utilization and ongoing SSB-related work were reviewed.

Staff Meeting: A meeting was held with the Headmistress, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff to discuss academic and administrative matters.

Enrollment & Retention Campaign: The Headmistress and staff were specifically directed to focus on increasing enrollment and improving student retention through an effective enrollment campaign.

The visit aimed to strengthen quality education, effective school management, student enrollment, retention, cleanliness, and accountability at the school level.

A constructive Visit & Professional Discussion

It was an immense honour to welcome the Respectable District Education Officer Primary Hyderabad, Sir Sanaullah Abro, to the TEO Primary Female City Hyderabad Office.

After visiting different schools of Hyderabad, valuable discussions were held on important educational matters, including effective school administration, enhancing enrollment, improving the quality of education, and planning co-curricular activities for students.
We also discussed the challenges faced by teachers regarding Facial Attendance, and explored effective strategies for Headmistresses, TEOs, and DEOs to facilitate and resolve such issues efficiently.

I sincerely appreciate the worthy District Education Officer Primary Hyderabad, Sir Sanaullah Abro, for his valuable guidance, professional insight, and continued support for the improvement of education.
