نامرد

میرا شوہر نامرد ہے اور مجھے خلع چاہیے۔ وہ تنسیخ نکاح کا عام سا کیس تھا۔

اچھی پڑھی لکھی فیملی تھی۔ دو پیارے سے بچے تھے کیوٹ اور معصوم سے لیکن خاتون بضد تھی کہ اسکو ہر حال میں خلع چاہیے، جبکہ میرا موکل مدعا علیہ (شوہر) شدید صدمے کی کیفیت میں تھا - - -

ِجج صاحب اچھے آدمی تھے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آپ میاں بیوی کو چیمبر میں لیجا کر مصالحت کی کوشش کرلیں شاید بات بن جائے۔ مدعاعلیہ (شوہر) کا وکیل ہونے کے ناطے اندھا کیا چاہے دو آنکھیں کے مصداق میں نے فوری حامی بھر لی۔ جبکہ مدعیہ (بیوی) کے وکیل نے اس پر اچھا خاصہ ہنگامہ بھی کیا لیکن خاتون بات چیت کے لئیے راضی ہوگئی۔

چیمبر میں دونوں میاں بیوی میرے سامنے بیٹھے تھے:-
" ہاں خاتون۔! آپ کو اپنے شوہر سے کیا مسئلہ ہے"؟ - -

" وکیل صاحب یہ شخص مردانہ طور پر کمزور ہیں". - -
میں اسکی بے باکی پر حیران رہ گیا۔ میرے منہ سے ایک موٹی سی گندی سی گالی نکلتے نکلتے رہ گئی۔ البتہ منہ میں تو دے ہی ڈالی۔ ویسے تو کچہری میں زیادہ تر بے باک خواتین سے ہی واسطہ پڑتا ہے لیکن اس خاتون کی کچھ بات ہی الگ تھی۔

اسکے شوہر نے ایک نظر شکایت اس پر ڈالی اور میری طرف امداد طلب نظروں سے گھورنے لگا۔ میں تھوڑا سا جھلا گیا کہ کیسی عورت ہے ذرا بھی شرم حیا نہیں ہے - -
بہرحال میں نے بھی شرم و حیا کا تقاضا ایک طرف رکھا
اور تیز تیز سوال کرنا شروع کر دیے۔
جب اس سے پوچھا :-
" کیا اس کا اپنے مرد سے گزارہ نہیں ہوتا"؟ - -
تو کہتی ہے کہ:-
" ماشاءاللہ دو بچے ہیں ہمارے۔ یہ جسمانی طور پہ تو بالکل ٹھیک ہیں" - - -

" تو بی بی پھر مردانہ طور پر کمزور کیسے ہوئے"؟ - -
میں نے استفسار کیا۔۔۔

وکیل صاحب! میرے بابا دیہات میں رہتے ہیں اور زمینداری کرتے ہیں۔ ہم دو بہنیں ہیں اور میرے والد ہمیں کبھی" دھی رانی" سے کم بلایا ہی نہیں جبکہ میرے شوہر مجھے" کتی " کہہ کے بلاتے ہیں - - -" یہ کونسی مردانہ صفت ہے وکیل صاحب ؟- - "
مجھ سے کوئی چھوٹی موٹی غلط ہو جائے تو یہ میرے پورے میکے کو ننگی ننگی گالیاں دیتے ہیں؟ - -" آپ ہی بتائیں جی اس میں میرے مائیکے کا کیا قصور ہے - - - یہ مردانہ صفت تو نہیں نا کہ دوسروں کی گھر والیوں کو گالی دی جائے - -
وکیل صاحب۔! میرے بابا مجھے شہزادی کہتے ہیں - - - اور یہ غصے میں مجھے " کنجری" کہتے ہیں - -
وکیل صاحب ! مرد تو وہ ہوتا ہے نا جو کنجری کو بھی اتنی عزت دے کہ وہ کنجری نہ رہے اور یہ اپنی بیوی کو ہی کنجری کہہ کر پکارتے ہیں - - - یہ کوئی مردانہ بات تو نہیں ہوئی نہ - - - ؟؟
وکیل صاحب اب آپ ہی بتائیں کیا یہ مردانہ طور پر کمزور نہیں ہیں" ؟ - -
میرا تو سر شرم سے جھک گیا تھا۔ اس کا شوہر بھی آنکھیں پھاڑ پھاڑ کر اسکی طرف دیکھ رہا تھا
" اگر یہی مسئلہ تھا تو تم مجھے بتا سکتی تھیں نا۔ مجھ پر اس قدر ذہنی ٹارچر کرنے کی کیا ضرورت تھی۔۔" ؟
شوہر منمنایا۔۔۔

" آپ کو کیا لگتا ہے آپ جب میری ماں بہن کے ساتھ ناجائز رشتے جوڑتے ہیں تو میں خوش ہوتی ہوں۔۔؟ - -
اتنے سالوں سے آپکا کیا گیا یہ ذہنی تشدد برداشت کر رہی ہوں اس کا کون حساب دے گا؟ " - -
بیوی کا پارہ کسی طور کم نہیں ہو رہا تھا۔۔

خیر جیسے تیسے منت سماجت کر کے سمجھا بجھا کے انکی صلح کروائی ۔۔
میرے موکل نے وعدہ کیا کہ وہ آئئندہ اب کبھی اپنی بیوی کو گالی نہیں دے گا اور پھر وہ دونوں چلے گئے۔۔۔

میں کافی دیر تک وہیں چیمبر میں سوچ بچار کرتا رہا کہ گالیاں تو میں نے بھی اس خاتون کو اس کے پہلے جواب پر دل ہی دل میں بہت دی تھیں تو شاید میں بھی نامرد ہوں اور شاید ہمارا معاشرہ نامردوں سے بھرا پڑا ہے...
