Monthly Mining Engineer Pakistan.

What is immigration to the U.S.A.
(Contact me if you needed more information)
The immigration to the U.S.A is described in two categories, Immigrant, and Nonimmigrant. Following is the description of the two categories:
* Immigrant
An alien who has been granted the right by the USCIS to reside permanently in the United States and to work without restrictions in the United States. Also known as a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR). All immigrants are eventually issued a "Green Card" (USCIS Form I-551), which is the evidence of the alien’s LPR status. LPR’s who are awaiting the issuance of their Green Cards may bear an I-551 stamp in their foreign passports.
Immigrant visas are available for aliens (and their spouses and children) who seek to immigrate based on their job skills. If an alien has the right combination of skills, education, and/or work experience and are otherwise eligible, the alien may be able to live permanently in the United States.
1. Family Members of US Citizens or Permanent Residents: U.S. citizens can file immigrant petitions to sponsor their spouse, siblings, parents, and children. Permanent Residents can file petitions to sponsor their spouse and unmarried children. U.S. law does not permit either American citizens or Permanent Residents to sponsor grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, or in-laws. Some categories of visas are numerically limited each year.
2. Employment-Based Immigrant Visas: Employment based immigrant visas are divided into five preference categories. Certain spouses and children may accompany or follow-to-join employment-based immigrants. Depending on the visa category, the employer may need to file a petition for labor certification with the U.S. Department of Labor, describing the job and the prospective employee's unique qualifications for that position. In other categories, an immigrant may be able to file a petition for him/herself and no labor certification is necessary. Only a certain number of employment-based immigrant visas are approved each year.
* Non-immigrant
An alien who has been granted the right by the USCIS to reside temporarily in the United States. Each nonimmigrant is admitted into the United States in the nonimmigrant status, which corresponds to the class of visa with which, or purpose for which, he entered the United States (e.g., a foreign student may enter the United States on an F-1 visa, which corresponds to the F-1 student status in which he was admitted to the United States).
Aliens in some nonimmigrant statuses are allowed to be employed in the United States, and others are not. Some nonimmigrant statuses have rigid time limits for the alien’s stay in the United States, while others do not.
Each nonimmigrant status has rules and guidelines, which must be followed in order for the nonimmigrant to remain "in status." A nonimmigrant who violates one of these rules or guidelines will fall "out of status." A nonimmigrant who remains "out of status" for at least 180 days is deportable and will be unable to re-enter the United States for 3 years. A nonimmigrant who remains "out of status" for at least 365 days is deportable and will be unable to re-enter the United States for 10 years.

Sending children to the American colleges:
A friend asked if he could get student visas to USA for two of his children. I knew he had enough money to afford sending his children to get good education from USA.
"Well of course". I said, "But, you could get a Treaty Investor Visa E-2 instead, and take the entire family to UAS, where you could run your business, and your children could go to school without getting F visa (student visa)". "Paying tuition and fees could become very expensive as an international student. But, your children could benefit from the lowest possible in-state tuition and fees if they were already living in USA", I told him.

Are you a Registered Nurse?
You may qualify for a US Green Card and a bright future for you and your family. Read more...
EB-3 Green Card for Registered Nurse
NOTE: We strongly recommend to hire an experienced professional attorney to represent you for filing of the EB-3 Green Card petition with the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Service).
The outlook for the foreign Registered Nurses in the USA looks very bright today than ever before.
According to the U.S Department of Labor:
“Nurses seeking green cards do operate under an easier system and get their green cards faster than their counterparts in other professions.”
The shortage of Registered Nurses is expected to intensify as the largest generation in the history of the United States, over 75 million Baby Boomers, reaching an age that typically requires increased medical care. In addition, the 32 million Americans who have new insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act, will rock the healthcare system in this country. Despite the fact that the nursing schools across the U.S.A. are struggling to expand their capacity to meet the growing demand, the need for Registered Nurses continues to hit the all-time high. The Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts there will be 1.05 million RN job openings through 2022. Of those openings, as many as 300,000 won’t be filled in time with current graduation trends, according to a 2012 study by the American Journal of Medical Quality (AJMQ).
What does this mean for the Registered Nurses from foreign countries? Registered Nurses are an integral part of the healthcare system in the United States. Experts believe that factors such as the aging baby boomer population are rapidly increasing, the demand for foreign qualified RNs will continue to grow by leaps and bounds.
Many states in America are facing a continued shortage of Registered Nurses to cope with the growing need of heath care. The US Department of labor has assigned the Registered Nurses in those states the “Schedule A”, which exempts the employers from applying for a Labor Certification to hire the Registered Nurses from other countries. Those nurses, if hired, could be eligible for an EB-3 Green Card for self, and for their spouses and children under 21 years of age.
The job market for the professional nurses is very favorable, and the wages and benefits are very attractive. The U.S. Average Registered Nurse (RN) Salary is $73,550, which breaks down as an average of $35.36 per hour, $1,414 per week and a monthly salary of $6,129. The top slot nurses enjoyes the salary above $100,000 per year.
• EB-3(A): This category is for 'Professional Nurses' with a U.S. bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree and with a job offer from a U.S. employer.
• EB-3(B): This category is for 'Skilled Nurses' for positions that require at least two years of training or experience and with a job offer from a U.S. employer.
