Welcome of new faculty & Meeting regarding new assisgnment:
It is with great pleasure and pride that I warmly welcome all our new teachers to our institution. Your arrival marks the beginning of a new chapter filled with opportunities, growth, and success.
Meeting Point: As instructed (must be strictly followed)
Meeting Agenda & Instructions
1.All assigned responsibilities must be fulfilled. Individuals will be held accountable for their respective tasks.
2.Fixtures will be handled by Ms. Saima.
3.It is compulsory to inform the administration in case of leave. In case of emergency leave, a written application must be submitted the very next day.
4.Ms. Mehwish will serve as the Computer Lab In-Charge.
5.Ms. Saeeda will be the Coordinator of the Computer Lab.
6.Ms. Samreen will be the Library In-Charge.
7.Class teachers are responsible for maintaining complete records of their respective students, including attendance, regularity, and leave records.
8.The main gate will be closed at 9:10 AM sharp.
9.Assigned committees must perform their duties as per their designated responsibilities.
10.Daily attendance must be taken and signed by the Principal. All teachers must also maintain their own subject attendance records.
11.Teachers must strictly follow their given individual timetables and be punctual for their periods. No reminders will be given.
12.The Discipline Committee must remain on campus until the dispersal of all students and ensure punctuality and discipline.
13.The tentative date for Mid-Term Examinations is 27 April 2026. Teachers are advised to complete their course outlines accordingly.
14.The staff room should be maintained as a healthy, respectful, and productive environment where all members are treated equally.
15.All assigned tasks must be submitted to the designated individuals. Any queries should also be directed to the concerned person.
