محکمہ اسکول ایجوکیشن نے سندھ میں FRAMES سسٹم کے نفاذ اور تمام ملازمین کے چہرے کی تصدیق لازمی قرار دینے کا ہدایت نامہ جاری کردیا۔

اساتذہ و غیر تدریسی عملے کی شفاف حاضری، تصدیق اور مؤثر نگرانی کے لیے Facial Recognition Attendance & Monitoring Evaluation System (FRAMES) متعارف۔

سندھ بھر میں ضلع وار ٹیمیں تدریسی و غیر تدریسی عملے کی فیشل رجسٹریشن مقررہ شیڈول کے مطابق مکمل کریں گی۔

تمام DEOs، TEOs، پرنسپلز اور ہیڈماسٹرز کو اپنے ماتحت ملازمین کی بروقت تصدیق اور FRAMES میں رجسٹریشن یقینی بنانے کی ہدایت۔

متعلقہ افسران کو FRAMES ٹیموں سے مکمل تعاون اور ملازمین کی مقررہ تاریخ، وقت اور مقام پر حاضری یقینی بنانے کی تاکید۔

رجسٹریشن سے دانستہ گریز، انکار یا بلاجواز عدم تعاون کی صورت میں متعلقہ ملازم غیر تصدیق شدہ تصور کیا جا سکے گا۔

فیشل رجسٹریشن مکمل ہونے تک تنخواہ کی ادائیگی روکنے سمیت قواعد کے تحت کارروائی عمل میں لائی جا سکتی ہے۔

ملازمین کی عدم رجسٹریشن پر ذمہ داری متعلقہ انتظامی افسران، DDOs، پرنسپلز، ہیڈماسٹرز، TEOs اور DEOs پر بھی عائد ہوگی۔

Employee registration on the E-Portal has been reopened.
All remaining teaching staff are hereby directed to complete their registration immediately and avoid waiting until the closing date.

Any teaching staff showing negligence in this matter shall be liable to disciplinary action by the competent authority. Therefore, you are once again requested to ensure that your registration is completed without delay.

It is further emphasized that failure to complete the registration within the stipulated period shall result in the stoppage of salary.

The District Education Officer (Primary) Hyderabad, Mr. Muhammad Moosa Khokhar, conducted a detailed briefing on the upcoming Sindh Enrolment & Retention Drive Rally, scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

During the session, he shared the rally’s route map and highlighted its vital role in promoting education across the district. He emphasized that this initiative aims to raise awareness among parents about the importance of enrolling their children in government schools, ensuring every child gets access to quality education. He expressed strong confidence that, In Sha Allah, the rally will bring positive and impactful results for the community.

Mayor Hyderabad, Mr. Kashif Shoro, also addressed the gathering and reaffirmed his full support for this noble cause. He announced that he will personally participate in the rally, along with his dedicated team, including Town and Union Council Chairmen and Councillors, showcasing a united commitment towards education.

An important meeting regarding the Enrollment and Retention Campaign 2026–2027 was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Muhammad Moosa Khokhar, District Education Officer (Primary), Hyderabad.
The meeting was attended by all Taluka Education Officers (Primary – Male and Female) of District Hyderabad, Deputy District Education Officers, the District Coordinator LSU Hyderabad, Assistant Education officers Primary Hyderabad, the Focal Person, district team members, Head Masters, and Head mistresses.
During the meeting, key points were discussed in detail to ensure the success of the rally scheduled for the coming Friday.

It was decided that:
Mr. Kashif Ali Shoro, Mayor Hyderabad,
Mr. Fayyaz Hussain Abbasi, Commissioner Hyderabad.
Mr. Zain-ul-Abideen Memon, Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad, will also participate in the rally.

During the meeting, the District Education Officer (Primary), Hyderabad, Mr. Muhammad Moosa Khokhar, invited the entire district team—including Head Masters, Head Mistresses, teachers, students, clerical staff, and non-teaching staff—to actively participate so that the Enrollment and Retention Campaign 2026–2027 may be made successful.
All stakeholders were exhorted to ensure proactive and dedicated participation.
The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of commitment toward the successful ex*****on of the campaign.

یہ دورہ صوبائی محتسب کے احکامات کی روشنی میں عمل میں لایا گیا، تاکہ اسکول کی صورتحال کا جائزہ لے کر ایک تفصیلی رپورٹ تیار کی جا سکے، جو جلد ریفارم سپورٹ یونٹ (RSU) کو ارسال کی جائے گی۔ اس رپورٹ کی بنیاد پر اسکول کو سیمِس کوڈ (SEMIS Code) الاٹ کیا جائے گا اور باقاعدہ طور پر اسٹاف کی تعیناتی عمل میں لائی جائے گی، تاکہ علاقے کے بچوں کو معیاری تعلیم کے مواقع فراہم کیے جا سکیں۔
