Since there is so little ozone in the Martian atmosphere, it has no ozone layer, and the planet's surface is exposed to the full intensity of the Sun's ultraviolet radiation. The lethal rays would destroy any exposed microorganisms, so there might not be any live ones left on Mars
I think it's difficult to protect any organism from sun ultraviolet radition but not impossible lets see what will scientist do for make the living possible

Salute to the astronomers who give the huge knowledge about cosmos but the knowledge never be the conserved
The more we search the more we gain knowledge
You know what, the scientist are finding a equation or a term which have have all the knowledge of not the planet or a galaxy or a cluster or a super cluster or so on but the whole universe but it's my persnal opinion as a student it's not possible
