Annual Parents Day 2019

Annual Parents’ Day was held on 19th of December at CCH. It is the most important event of the CCH calendar year. Parents, government office holders, heads of nearby institutions and the alumni were invited on the occasion.

The Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi NI(M), a 20th entry alumnus, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The spectators were treated with Drill, PT, Riding and Gymnastics shows.

CCH - PIF National Stem Summer Program 2018 was concluded on 19 July 2018.
Dr Ansar Pervaiz HI, chairman National Center for Physics (NCP), graced the occasion as the guest of honor.
Their were 3 prizes namely Catchpole's creativity award, ND Hassan Ingenuity award and CCH award for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd best projects (judged by PIF team). The prize money PKR 100 thousand, 50 thousand and 20 thousand was contributed by Interloop Ltd which is owned by a passionate abdalian Mr. Musadaq Zulqarnain 17th entry.
The chief guest distributed the certificates and prize money to the winners. Congratulations to everyone.
We hope that it was a great experience for the PIF team led by Dr Athar Osama and the STEM participants. CCH is committed to provide a better experience next year Insha Allah.

STEM makers built and flied RC plane.
The plane was made under the supervision of the in-charge CCH aremodeling club Mr. Nisar Ahmed and instructor Mr. Jamal.
PIF instructor Dr. Imran also played a key role.

STEM makers during aero-modelling prototype making session.
In the aerodynamics class, makers learnt how to test range and endurance. The class was conducted under the expert supervision of Dr Imran from NUST. After that, team makers made gliders from balsa wood under the supervision of Mr. Nisar Ahmed (In charge Aeronautics, CCH) and Instructor Jamal and then had a "Gliding Competition".

A 10 days summer camp in July 2018 organized by Pakistan Innovation Foundation (PIF) and hosted by Cadet College Hasan Abdal
The Principal Maj. Gen. (R) Najeeb Tariq HI (M) addressed the participants and welcomed them at CCH. He congratulated the participants and told them to learn as much as they can while enjoying their stay at CCH.
In this 10 days program, there are numerous activities like aeronautics, robotics, electronics, archery, shooting, horseriding, swimming, riding etc planned for the kids.

NERC'18 Final Day
CCH Team Buraq with the cash prize of 15000 rupees and certificates at EME College for winning the RC build and fly competition held under NERC'18.

Congratulations to the team.

NERC’18 was a huge success with over 183 teams participating from all over Pakistan. The workshops held made it possible for the teams to participate from far flung areas of Pakistan.
