The “Frontiers in Academic Toolkit” workshop, organized International Research Training Institute in collaboration with HRDC University of Haripur, led by Mr. Naeem Bukhari and faculty member at the Department of Medical Lab Technology, was held at Lincoln Corner, NUST University, Islamabad on 2nd Jan, 2025. This highly successful event brought together 30 scholars from diverse academic backgrounds to engage in insightful discussions and interactive sessions. The support from Lincoln Corner NUST played a crucial role in facilitating the smooth ex*****on of the workshop.
The workshop featured an impressive lineup of distinguished speakers who provided invaluable insights to participants. Dr. Ahmareen Khalid, HOD of Pathology at PIMS, explored potential research areas in clinical research, offering guidance for impactful contributions to the field. Dr. Muhammad Khan, Assistant Professor at Hazara University, delivered a session on achieving excellence in academia, inspiring participants to balance teaching and research priorities effectively. Mr. Faisal Mehmood, a student at the State University of New York, highlighted the significance of seizing opportunities abroad for academic and professional advancement. Additionally, Mr. Waqas Haider conducted an engaging session on Chinese Government Scholarships, equipping participants with the knowledge to access these valuable resources.
The workshop was enriched by the support of knowledge partners E-Hands and Vision Building Future, Access to Justice Law Company ensuring the event's success and relevance. Through these collaborative efforts, the workshop achieved its goal of empowering participants with practical tools, strategies, and inspiration to excel in academia and research. This dynamic initiative underscored the importance of fostering academic excellence and global engagement, leaving a lasting impact on all attendees.
