Importance of Birds in Our Environment
o Birds like Wood peckers, Fly catchers and Warblers feed on insects and plays the role of insect pest controllers.
o Birds like Owl, Eagle and Falcon feed on rodents (rat, mouse) and reptiles (snakes) and keep the balance.
o Plays role in plant reproduction through their services as pollinators and seed dispersers.
o Vultures and Crows plays the role of scavengers (clean the dirty and useless material from environment).
• Food Base for larger birds and mammals.
• Birds keep the climate stable, oxygenate air and transform pollutants into nutrients in ecosystems like forests and marine environment which provide us food, medicines and raw materials.

In short, every bird has specific key role in environment which helps in living.

Asalam-u-Alaikum! We group Black Panthers are celebrating this "Monday" 11th of March, 2019 for birds in the whole University with the collaboration of WWF.
Hope so you will know the importance of birds and spread this knowledge to others who don't know.
