محکمہ اعلیٰ تعلیم، آرکائیوز و لائبریریز خیبر پختونخوا کی جانب سے آن لائن کھلی کچہری کا انعقاد

Students of Psychology 7th semester held Community Service Program, at Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Chapra on December 30, 2025. This program aimed to raise awareness of typical psychological problems that students and teachers encounter and to present easy-to-use therapeutic strategies for managing stress and emotions. Four groups of six students each were formed from the class, and each group was given a particular task pertaining to mental health and wellbeing.
gave a presentation on teacher workload anxiety and discussed the negative effects that an excessive workload can have on teachers' physical and emotional well-being. As useful remedies, they practiced deep breathing and headache management techniques.
concentrated on exam stress and emphasized how it affects students' emotional and academic well-being, followed by strategies for managing headaches.
demonstrated deep breathing techniques to assist students relax during exams and talked about the causes, symptoms, and effects of exam anxiety on students.
focused on anger management and helped students learn how to control their anger and regulate their emotions through guided imagery techniques.
This community service program was crucial because it gave students a healthy understanding of their emotions, stress reactions, and coping strategies. Students were better equipped to handle stress, anxiety, and anger in their everyday academic life when basic psychological strategies like deep breathing, headache management, and guided imagery were introduced. All things considered, the sessions were engaging, educational, and helpful, improving teachers' and students' emotional health and mental health awareness.
