The University of Haripur, Institute of Management Sciences Hosted a Business Pitch Competition 2025

Haripur, Jan 2025, 7th- The University of Haripur hosted today a Business Pitch Competition 2025, bringing together 23 teams of innovative and entrepreneurial students to showcase their business ideas.

The competition, held on 7 January, 2025 saw a diverse range of business ideas presented, from sustainable energy solutions to e-commerce platforms. A panel of esteemed judges, comprising industry experts and academics, evaluated the teams based on their business plans, pitches, and overall entrepreneurial potential.

The winning teams were awarded prizes, for first second and third postions respectively in cash.

Prior to this event, on 19th of December a workshop of Business Pitch competition was hosted for the participants.

"We are thrilled to see the entrepreneurial spirit and innovative ideas presented by our students," said Prof. Dr. Shafeeq ur Rehman, the worthy Vice Chancellor of the University of Haripur in his closing remarks, he further added, "The Business Pitch Competition 2025 has once again demonstrated the potential of our students to create impactful and sustainable businesses that can drive economic growth and social change."

The Business Pitch Competition 2025 was organized by the Creative Bachelors Society, a student club at the University of Haripur, in collaboration with the Institute of Management Sciences. The society has been working tirelessly over the past few weeks to bring this event to fruition, and their dedication and hard work have paid off by certificate of appreciation by Vice Chancellor. The event provided a valuable platform for students to develop their entrepreneurial skills, network with industries.
