We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on Pixel tracking and CRM integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid ads across multiple platforms, setting up accurate conversion tracking, and ensuring all campaigns are data-driven and ROI-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Set up and manage Pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion events for precise performance measurement.
Integrate and track campaign data using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to monitor lead flow and customer journeys.
Continuously analyze performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Work closely with the creative and content teams to design engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Generate detailed performance reports and share insights with management for decision-making.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and performance optimization.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
Strong knowledge of Pixel setup (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Experience with CRM systems and understanding of lead tracking & attribution.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
Understanding of SEO, email automation, and funnel marketing.
Familiarity with AI-driven ad optimization tools.
