Scholarship policy at NELTA HANGU
1. Students admission test scores 90-99%:
• 50% admission fee reduction
• 50% tuition fee waiver
2. Students admission test scores 80-89%:
• 30% admission fee reduction
• 30% tuition fee waiver
3. Students admission test scores 70-79%:
• 20% admission fee reduction
• 20% tuition fee waiver
4. Sibling Discount:
• 15% tuition fee waiver if one sibling is enrolled at the academy.
• 30% tuition fee waiver if two siblings are enrolled.
5. Orphan Students:
• 50% fee waiver if both parents are deceased.
• 25% fee waiver if one parent is deceased.
• If siblings are enrolled, they are eligible for additional credit
(Example: Orphan - 50% + Sibling - 15% = 65%).
6. Female Students:
• 50% admission fee reduction and 30% tuition fee waiver.
• If siblings are enrolled, they are eligible for additional credit.(Example: Gender-based - 30% + Sibling - 15% = 45%).
7. Poor Students:
• Free admission and 33% fee waiver.
• If siblings are enrolled, they are eligible for additional credit.(Example: Poor - 33% + Sibling - 15% = 48%).
8. Hafiz-e-Quran/Alim-e-Deen:
• 50% admission fee reduction and 30% tuition fee waiver for Hafiz-e-Quran.
• 50% tuition fee waiver for Alim-e-Deen.
• Additional sibling credit is allowed.
(Example: Hafiz-e-Quran - 30% + Sibling - 15% = 45%, Alim-e-Deen - 50% + 2 Siblings - 30% = 80%).
9. Students with Disabilities:
• 50% admission fee reduction and 30% tuition fee waiver.
• Additional sibling credit is allowed.
Eligibility Criteria
1. If a sibling leaves the academy, the sibling scholarship will be suspended.
2. Proof of sibling enrollment must be provided for sibling scholarships.
3. Orphan students must provide necessary documentation (e.g., death certificate, proof of guardianship).
4. Female students must be under the age of 9 (female section opening soon).
5. Poor students must submit proof of financial status (e.g., parents’ occupation certificate, electricity bills, home details, monthly budget).
6. Hafiz-e-Quran or Alim-e-Deen students must submit certification from a madrassa.
Rules and Regulations
1. Students must maintain good behavior and performance to retain their scholarships.
2. Only one scholarship can be availed at a time; multiple scholarships are not allowed.
3. Students receiving scholarships from other academies are not eligible, except for government or school funding.
4. Misbehavior, poor performance, or failure to follow academy rules can result in scholarship reduction or suspension.
5. Scholarships may be suspended if a student fails to maintain performance in tests or activities.
The application fee for the scholarship admission test is 100 rupees
اعلان: تمام اسکالرشپس اگلے دو ماہ کے لیے دستیاب ہیں۔
ہمیں خوشی ہے کہ ہم اپنی اسکالرشپ پالیسی کا اعلان کر رہے ہیں، جو مستحق طلباء کو ان کے تعلیمی مقاصد حاصل کرنے میں مدد دینے کے لیے تیار کی گئی ہے۔

نیلٹا ہنگو کی اسکالرشپ پالیسی
انگلش لینگویج کے طلباء کے لیے اسکالرشپس ان کی کارکردگی اور اہلیت پر مبنی ہیں۔
اسکالرشپ کی تفصیلات:
1. طلباء جن کے داخلہ ٹیسٹ کے نمبر 90-99% ہیں:
• داخلہ فیس میں 50% رعایت
• ٹیوشن فیس میں 50% چھوٹ
2. طلباء جن کے داخلہ ٹیسٹ کے نمبر 80-89% ہیں:
• داخلہ فیس میں 30% رعایت
• ٹیوشن فیس میں 30% چھوٹ
3. طلباء جن کے داخلہ ٹیسٹ کے نمبر 70-79% ہیں:
• داخلہ فیس میں 20% رعایت
• ٹیوشن فیس میں 20% چھوٹ
4. بہن بھائی کی رعایت:
• اگر ایک بہن یا بھائی اکیڈمی میں داخل ہو تو ٹیوشن فیس میں 15% چھوٹ۔
• اگر دو بہن بھائی داخل ہوں تو ٹیوشن فیس میں 30% چھوٹ۔
5. یتیم طلباء:
• اگر دونوں والدین وفات پا چکے ہوں تو 50% فیس معاف۔
• اگر ایک والدین وفات پا چکا ہو تو 25% فیس معاف۔
• اگر بہن بھائی داخل ہوں تو اضافی رعایت دی جائے گی۔
(مثال: یتیم - 50% + بہن بھائی - 15% = 65%)
6. خواتین طلباء:
• داخلہ فیس میں 50% رعایت اور ٹیوشن فیس میں 30% چھوٹ۔
• اگر بہن بھائی داخل ہوں تو اضافی رعایت دی جائے گی۔
(مثال: خواتین - 30% + بہن بھائی - 15% = 45%)
7. غریب طلباء:
• مفت داخلہ اور 33% فیس معاف۔
• اگر بہن بھائی داخل ہوں تو اضافی رعایت دی جائے گی۔
(مثال: غریب - 33% + بہن بھائی - 15% = 48%)
8. حافظِ قرآن/عالمِ دین:
• حافظِ قرآن کے لیے داخلہ فیس میں 50% رعایت اور ٹیوشن فیس میں 30% چھوٹ۔
• عالمِ دین کے لیے ٹیوشن فیس میں 50% چھوٹ۔
• اضافی بہن بھائی کی رعایت بھی شامل ہے۔
(مثال: حافظِ قرآن - 30% + بہن بھائی - 15% = 45%)
9. معذور طلباء:
• داخلہ فیس میں 50% رعایت اور ٹیوشن فیس میں 30% چھوٹ۔
• اضافی بہن بھائی کی رعایت بھی شامل ہے۔
اہلیت کے اصول:
1. اگر بہن بھائی اکیڈمی چھوڑ دیتے ہیں تو اسکالرشپ معطل ہو جائے گی۔
2. بہن بھائی اسکالرشپ کے لیے داخلے کا ثبوت دینا ضروری ہے۔
3. یتیم طلباء کو ضروری دستاویزات (مثلاً موت کا سرٹیفکیٹ، سرپرستی کا ثبوت) فراہم کرنا ہوگا۔
4. خواتین طلباء کی عمر 9 سال سے کم ہونی چاہیے (خواتین سیکشن جلد کھلنے والا ہے)۔
5. غریب طلباء کو مالی حالت کا ثبوت دینا ہوگا (مثلاً والدین کا پیشہ، بجلی کے بل، گھر کی تفصیلات، ماہانہ بجٹ)۔
6. حافظِ قرآن یا عالمِ دین طلباء کو مدرسے سے سند پیش کرنا ہوگی۔
ضوابط و قواعد:
1. طلباء کو اسکالرشپ برقرار رکھنے کے لیے اچھی کارکردگی اور رویہ برقرار رکھنا ہوگا۔
2. ایک وقت میں صرف ایک اسکالرشپ حاصل کی جا سکتی ہے؛ ایک سے زیادہ اسکالرشپس کی اجازت نہیں۔
3. دیگر اکیڈمیوں سے اسکالرشپ حاصل کرنے والے طلباء اہل نہیں ہوں گے، سوائے سرکاری یا اسکول فنڈنگ کے۔
4. غلط رویے، ناقص کارکردگی، یا اکیڈمی کے قواعد کی خلاف ورزی کی صورت میں اسکالرشپ معطل یا کم کی جا سکتی ہے۔
5. اگر کوئی طالبعلم ٹیسٹ یا سرگرمیوں میں کارکردگی برقرار رکھنے میں ناکام ہوتا ہے تو اسکالرشپ معطل ہو سکتی ہے۔
اسکالرشپ داخلہ ٹیسٹ کے لیے فیس 100 روپے ہے۔

Dear Students, Parents, and Well-wishers,
We are thrilled to have successfully completed the inauguration ceremony of our academy! However, due to the current situation in our city and the internet blockade, we are facing a temporary delay in commencing our classes.
